excellent customer service! received my package on time for Christmas!

I recently ordered a T30 figure and, although it was stated that it was in c9 packaging and in mint condition, it arrived in a plastic bag, without instructions and in alt mode. Also, it was clearly pre used. The price was high, and the shipping cost even higher. To this day they didn't respond to my mail concerning the issue. These people are scamers, stay away. I know I will never order from them again.

I order an upgrade kit with 2 day shipping. 2 weeks later I get 2 Nutrition Supplements. I could not Transform them so I was disappointed. They refused to refund my money until they found the package that they lost.

I found this site years ago. It was a pleasant place to shop. As years have past, I've had items I've purchased from tfsource get lost in the mail. Tfsource was of no help in tracking down the lost purchases, nor did they bother to reimburse me for my lost purchases. They also seem to enjoy sending harassment emails on weekends when there is no one to speak to on the phone. Honestly, you're better off buying products from other toy companies. Just do yourself a favor, and don't shop here.

Gave them another try and they shipped my mid-size item in a box big enough for four of them and then used one strip of tape to seal it. Box had creases and tears at the top. Then, after a couple weeks of contacting them Rob sends me a reply about how it was the carrier. Nope. You don't get to pack items like this and then blame others. If it was packed neat and tight and secure then it wouldn't look like this, would it?Packing it securely PREVENTS such damage!

This company not only seems to ignore good customer service practices in ignoring or putting you off until you post it on Facebook or send them multiple emails, but they then blame others. How is this acceptable? Have they ever seen how Sideshow and BBTS pack items? You'd need a chainsaw to get into them as they should.

Part of the TF community, huh? Even Ebayers send items better packaged. Just use ShowZ, Chosen Prime, or BBTS for your Transformers.

I'd previously used this company a number of times and had positive experiences, however, they mixed a recent order with someone else's and haven't replied to my requests for them to correct their error.

Essentially, if they need to correct something they aren't interested. Really, really poor service.

Edit: After some time this was resolved and I was resent the correct order.

I used many figure shops, I am a kind of heavy collector. I can say that TFsource is the worst of worst. Rating with one star?, it is still high. If there is minus 100, I will definitely give it to them.
Don't waste your money and time. Also, you can easily fine the bad rating how bad they are.

Very good company. I've never had a problem everything went smoothly. The only issue that I've had wasn't their fault. I ordered a figure and it got lost by the postal service. I would buy from them again.
