TextLocal is a great platform for my Start-up needs

TextLocal is a great platform for my Text Message needs - simple to use, great service and very comprehensive documentation. I have always found what I needed (especially as my products need a lot of API integration - for both incoming & outgoing SMS's) in the posted docs. When I have needed to request support, TextLocal Team has always been very responsive ad quick. This particularly came to light when all companies needed to register templates on the Govt-mandated VIL portal - the team worked with us to ensure compliance without too much pain, given the initial uncertainly and changes to the process.

The service is as committed - I use a plan with a 10-second SMS delivery SLA, and usually the messages are being delivered under 5 seconds majority of the times. The incoming SMS inbox service my API's integrate with also works well, and was easy to set-up.

For a start-up like CopperCloud, TextLocal is a key part of the product strategy, and we hope we will be able to collaborate on more services also.
