My experience with Texpeed was a happy one. Easy to order from and the item arrived on time, also you could track the package. I was happy with the quality and the price was good.

My jacket, trousers and gloves come from Texpeed, and continue to serve me well. They show a lot of attention to detail and are well-made. They're also not expensive for what they are.
I also bought a fashion leather jacket from Texpeed, for general wear, and it's a proper biker's jacket but without the protection. So it's completely authentic. And it's also beautifully made.

Not great. I ordered the 3XL size jacket as per their sizing chart on their website, I have never been a 3XL but trusted what they said.
Jacket arrived and it was the size of a four man tent, you could get two of me in it and the sleeves were about three inches too long.
I emailed them and no problem, just send it back - at my expense of £3.99 !!!! So their useless size chart cost me return postage.

I ordered the 2XL - my normal size - and jacket arrived today. Body and arms fit great, but the liner retainers in the sleeves were not sewn on to the jacket and the collar is more like a Medium than 2XL - strangling me.

There is a mobile phone pocket that is too small for a mobile phone!

I have emailed them as I thought a seamstress could adjust the collar but it can't be done so jacket is going back. As it is faulty I won't be paying the £3.99!

Think carefully before you buy - yes it's cheap, but it's cheap for a reason - quality and fit is very poor.

EDIT - Customer services have been in touch and have rectified the complaint. Jacket has gone back and refund issued. They assure me that they are taking the sizing and quality issues up with their suppliers, but you can buy with confidence that any issues will be dealt with - in my experience.

Ho effettuato un ordine pensando che il totale al momento del pagamento fosse definitivo, ma quando il pacco è arrivato in Italia, sono stato costretto a pagare 60€ in più di dazi doganali e commissioni al corriere (SDA) solo per poterlo ritirare. Non c'era assolutamente alcun avviso riguardo a queste tasse doganali internazionali né durante il pagamento né nelle e-mail di conferma. Nascondere queste informazioni nei termini e condizioni del sito è una pratica commerciale pessima e poco trasparente. Se acquistate dall'UE, sappiate che dovrete affrontare pesanti costi imprevisti. Molto deluso, non comprerò mai più da questo negozio.

⭐ Unpleasant hidden costs and zero transparency!
I placed an order thinking the checkout total was final, but when the package arrived in Italy, I was forced to pay an extra €60 in customs duties and fees to the courier (SDA) just to receive it. There was absolutely no warning about these international custom fees during the checkout process or in the confirmation emails. Hiding this information in the website's terms and conditions is a terrible and untransparent commercial practice. If you are buying from the EU, be aware that you will face heavy unexpected costs. Very disappointed, I will never buy from this store again.

Update (15/06/2026): Following my original review below, Texspeed contacted me within hours. First off the immediately refunded my returns postage. Then, over a few emails we worked out that the labelling on the batch of jeans was wrong. They found a pair that were labelled bigger but were the correct actual size and got them to me, ensuring I wouldn't be liable for any more customs charges on them also. I've just got them and they fit like a glove.

I can't praise that level of customer service enough! George, take a bow. You turned a disappointing experience into a very positive one.

Original review: The ordering process and delivery were all fine, although I got stung for customs charges when the package entered Ireland. However, the sizing on the jeans was WAY off! I ordered my size, as people recommended but the waist was much too small. I measured them against my standard jeans of the same waist size, which if anything are a little big on me, and the Texspeed jeans were inches smaller. They aren't even close.
