My order number is 255833, made payment and order is placed on 15th of January 26, didn’t receive and not able to contact at customer care. Repeatedly sent emails but no response

Update notification for date and time of arrival.

I must say at first I was concerned about purchasing internationally. I looked up the reviews on the company, I was impressed with what I read. My ordered consisted of 7 items to purchased. Order made. I received 6 items. The company refunded my account that one item almost immediately. The only issue I had was the time of delivery was longer than I expected, however, it was due to the tariffs slowing delivery. Communication with this company was OUTSTANDING. I received a response to my emails request almost immediately. I will definitely purchase from again!! Thank you

Product and delivery were as expected and on time as always with Texinart. What stood out this time was the fact that even though US Customs flagged the package (because of the U.S. enforcing new tariffs on medicines) they called me when they were informed it was stopped and did a bunch of complicated paperwork that I couldn't do myself. I thought I was just going to have to forfeit the delivery but they got me my Ayurvedic supplements even with this crazy new type of harassment from Trump's State Dept.

I didn't receive my shipment when I thought I would, but then after writing an enquiry about where it was, it arrived the very next day. Wow, that was a shock, I still don't know how they did it.

Sometimes I work with dangerous materials, so the quality and quantity of the product is strictly defined. I can't manufacture products like these. They have to be prepared by a lab.

I have placed an order T2485, which till today I haven't received. I have sent emails for inquiry, but received no response. I then tried contacting them via the app and sent a few texts, still no reply. Eventually, I had someone answering my whatsapp call and she told me that they would get back to me in 2 working days, until now, no response to my text messages. I am extremely disappointed and would like to have the 171 euros I spent transferred into my account asap.
