I have ordered 3 times from them till now.
My current order with them is 4th
They were excellent for 1st time, timely delivery and good quality fabric and print.
Second there was a delay but I was not in a hurry so all well. Even after showing 7 day lead time on their fabric prints on website, they take their sweet time of 3-4 weeks and don't even reach out with explanation or an update.
3rd time order, my order was urgent and I needed it for a client's outfit. They kept arguing that their email says 10 working days for dispatch even though their website shows 5-7 day lead time and that email arrives after we have placed an order so we have no choice. And even after their argument of 10 days they did not deliver in 10 days and took 15 days to dispatch and leter delivery further took 4 days.

Now my current order I had to order from them because I needed the same fabric as last time and could not order from anyone else. I took their 10 day argument and asked if order would be ready on time but ofcourse not. When ever I ask them about my order it's always in colour matching stage, i mean it's the same fabric, they have to use same dyes in same fabric, whyvdo they need colour matching and even if they do how is it always in colour matching until the last moment.
Now they are claiming that they will get my order ready mid next week which will definitely turn out to be next week end and i will receive it by mid next to next week which will leave me with 2 days to make a long coat and ship it to my client overseas.
But they will never take responsibility for their actions and will go on with the business.
I was reading few reviews and alot of them had the same tone as mine, endless delays. Surprisingly they replied to some of those reviews and even corrected a few orders but they were only oversees order of foreign clients and this company never replied to the ones of India

I have been ordering fabric from this company for some time now and sadly even though I’ve paid an additional fee for their Annual Membership Plan, the lead times just become longer and longer with no updates unless prompted. They are becoming a very unreliable supplier, the customer service now just send fake updates and dispatch dates. The printing itself is very good and I’m pleased with the fabric quality (hence an additional star), however, the service is a let-down. Every time I’ve ordered there is a problem, I think maybe one order has arrived on time in my two years of ordering with them.

Very satisfied with the print quality. The colours are perfect. Also very pleased with the customer service, which is always extremely responsive

Had a fantastic experience so far with this business. They have been great communicators and emailing with questions has been easy with speedy replies. As a UK business I always worry about length of time orders might take but following great communication my orders have been delivered quicker than anticipated with a rough 2 week turnaround from order placed to order delivered! I’m really looking forward to continuing to work with them!

Tex India has been a useful source to help fulfill my small business orders. Communication is available when needed, although production times are on occasion delayed.

I have ordered fabrics from this company three times. The first order went smoothly, but the second was a disappointment—I waited three months for my fabrics without receiving any response to my emails. When they finally replied, it was already too late to cancel.

The last order was the most frustrating. One of the prints I ordered for a client was not waterproof, and after a gentle hand wash, stains appeared on the fabric. I contacted an employee via WhatsApp, who assured me that she would discuss the issue with management. After ten days of silence, I followed up again, only to receive a generic response stating that this was “unusual” and a forwarded washing instruction—no real solution or responsibility taken.

This level of customer service is unacceptable. I will definitely not be ordering from this company again.

Update... Thankfully after a back and forth chase for over a month they happily refunded my money and sent me the unused fabric as a token of goodwill. So despite their initial failures they at least grew in my esteem for admitting their mistakes and rectifying them

Awful. Never again. I ordered 2 metres as an initial test so that I could assess the quality in hope of having a new permanernt supplier for my business. Having placed my order at the end of last year I realised that there may be a slight delay however it is one month later and I have yet to receive my initial order. They have lied to me telling me that the order would be shipped on a certain date and then that it was dispatched.. neither of which was true. Whenever they have responded it has not only been tardy but also with minimal explanation or regret at their incompetence. I have asked for a refund as the items I ordered have now bveen rendered useless for my project but no response either. Further to this.. the AUD option for payment on the site is false as the final pricing was in USD. This company is a TOTAL SHAM

Lies and poor customer service. They promise to ship in ‘4-7 days’, it’s been nearly 24 days and they can’t tell me when my order will be sent. 2 weeks ago I was told it’s in the final stages of printing and refused to cancel the order and refund.

Good quality products, they first made an error but were happen to re make the correct item, I would use them again, the end result was very good

Ordered 20 metres of fabric, the colour did come off from the design that I uploaded but the company apologised and re printed the design for me so I can’t fault that!

I did my first order today, and the costumer service were just excellent! They answer at my WhatsApp message in few minutes and they were very kind. I’m looking forward to receive my order, and I’m 100% I’ll print with them again! Thank you TIM ! Greetings from Rome!

I only found out about Tex India Mart a few months ago but I'm already obsessed within a few orders. The quality of the fabric printing is great and they have the biggest variety of fabrics to print from what I have gathered looking at other printing services. The prices are a great value, and while the shipping can look expensive it's really not when you realize how fast it comes! Plus, the customer service was very helpful in double checking with me about one of the files I submitted for printing.

Super speedy delivery and the fabric is great quality. Really great customer service too and very fast at responding, can’t wait to order again :)
