It was so quick and easy. Years ago I had a problem, but I called them and it was quickly taken care of with no disappointments. I send my supplies in and usually within a week I have my check. Super great company to do business with. Totally recommend them

I sent test strips to this company. I was promised a price and when they got my strips in their possession they bait and switched me and stole $50 from me. Why do people tell you 1 thing and do another. I should have just gone with my regular company and I wouldn't be writing this review right now. I see a lot of good reviews but why did Wendy choose to steal from me. I am very disappointed I bothered doing business with Wendy but I will never do business with this company and the worst part is I verified the price before I sent to them and they never said there was a price change all of a sudden. Prices never go down as we all know. Prices only go up.

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for a label, but none has been provided. Looks like bad customer service to me.

I have tried numerous companies that buy back diabetic supplies and Test Strip Search is absolutely AMAZING! There isn't some robot when you call and if you text, their response time is remarkable. I've never had a problem/question they didn't immediately help with and the same day they receive your supplies, they deposit the money. Nothing but professionalism with this company.

I am so glad I found this company!! I have been dealing with them for almost two years now. They have the best customer service if you ever have a concern. When they receive my test strips, I receive an email confirming my payout and I receive the payment in my PayPal account normally within a few hours. Top notch company in my book!!

We have been selling our extra test strips to them for over a year now and they are absolutely amazing to work with. Since they are located in Indiana, it doesn't take long for my strips to arrive at their facility. As soon as they receive them they send me a text message with the amount I will receive. Within 2 hours or less, I have money in my CashApp account. One time, I forgot to add my CashApp information to the order and a very nice gentleman from the company called me to get my information for the payout. He was so nice and enthusiastic. He seemed to really enjoy his job and care for his customers. I wouldn't sell my strips to any other company.

Sold my unused test strips to them and had no issues receiving my payment. Easy to get shipping label and whole process was easy and quick.

Though TSS wasn't the highest-paying buyer, they provide a shipping kit that includes a box and label, which I liked. I just had to purchase some packing tape. I received the money in my Cash App account within 2-3 days of shipping the box! They were also super responsive to my emails with questions, which I appreciated.
