I've delt. with Sunny Medical for years. I used to deal with Sky.
Or directly with the office. They have been great.
However, dealing with this person "Samuel Omar Aguirre Lozada" that works for them has been nothing but a hassle!
Literally the worst experience.
Then without me realizing he shorts me by $45, telling me that it depends on how much I sell. Ive never dealt with that from Sunny Medical.
Im not very happy.

Do not extend credit, ship inventory, or enter into any supply agreements with Sunny Medical. My employer made a six-figure investment to fulfill a high-priority order managed directly by their representative, Denisse. To meet their tight timeline, we even covered extremely expensive next-day shipping out of pocket. After Denisse and Sunny medical took full physical possession of the delivered inventory, they completely reneged on payment and this is not even the first time but it was the one for the highest amount in money and devices. They gladly allowed us to shoulder a massive financial risk and pay thousands in emergency freight, only to refuse payment once the goods were safely in their hands.
Taking delivery of high-value goods while refusing to honor the agreed purchase price is deceptive and predatory commercial behavior. If you are a supplier, vendor, or freight partner, stay far away from this company and Denisse. If you must do business with them, demand 100% upfront cash payment before releasing a single piece of inventory or booking shipment.

I had done business with this company a few times without a problem. This last time they sent me the shipping label and instead of the regular UPS label, they went the cheapest route I guess and went with USPS. I did everything I normally did. I took the pictures of the products I was sending and Sent them to Sunny Medical. I took the package to the post office and waited as usual. A few days later, I tracked the package and apparently the USPS lost the package. Sunny Medical supposedly paid for priority mail does said package. I went to the post office, I filed a claim with the post office and when I asked sunny Medical what they plan on doing, they basically said NOTHING. Actually, they ignored my messages for 2 days and then responded with no solution. Now because of them, I'm out $190 and no supplies Had they let me know that it wasn't insured I would have bought my own insurance. You would think a company would have some kind of plan for things like this.
