Unless this is the wrong supplement, in which case that’s google searches fault, I purchased these capsules in home bargains along with many other consumers. These let me tell you are extremely bad. Depending on tolerance for some users, they cause Upset stomach, nausea, nervousness, tremors etc.
if not the correct supplement and these relate to something that can only be purchased directly via website I shall remove.
I will say based on reviews, the maker/seller seems to provide personalised replies whenever a negative review is left. However, the seller needs to be aware rather than just highlighting ingredients etc, that many individuals can be effected differently with different supplements. No matter how effective they might be for another.

These tablets caused terrible heart palpitations heart racing so to be sure i tested by not taking one day and then taking the next and when taken the above reaction happens i would not be using these again check before use

It lacks certain ingredients such a maca but for the price it is a good product. It should be used in combination with a daily weight lifting exercise. If you follow up with a good diet & workout plan, these capsules will naturally contribute to improved performance.

Does exactly what it says it does
Here we have a product that does what it says it does, and well. Took a wee while to kick in for me (38 yo) but after around 3 weeks loading of the RDI, the results have been nothing short of outstanding. Waste of money.
Took 3 months supply, two per day as recommended, but saw no change.
Started taking a regular zinc supplement from the supermarket and have seen improvements.
Waste of money.
