i easily ordered on 10/19. i received immediate email confirmation with support contact info. then in succession on the same day, i received 3 months free identity protection, provider appointment confirmation with location options and option to change appointment, which i did, immediate update of appointment change, printable lab requisition paperwork to bring to appointment, with QR code to scan for provider upon arrival at appointment. had my testing on 11/2. an emailed link to the lab results was sent the next day! i could not have designed a better, more efficient experience for myself. i would definitely recommend health testing centers online services to everyone! and it is far cheaper and more convenient than having my primary care provider order labs at the local hospital. the phlebotomist was courteous, professional and had 14 years experience drawing blood for labwork. this service is a godsend for anyone needing to keep track of any labwork that requires a blood draw. i give them 10 stars with the utmost confidence.

So easy and affordable to get my blood…
So easy and affordable to get my blood work done. I was able to have a blood cholesterol checked on my own, in between doctor visits and without insurance so I can monitor my levels to be sure I’m making progress and on the right track. I am really so happy I found this service.

RESULTS TOOK TOO LONG AND TOO MUCH CONFUSION AND HAD TO CALL THEM.
HAD TEST DONE ON 10/13/22. DID N'T GET RESULTS UNTIL 14 DAYS LATER. HAD TO CONTACT THE CO MYSELF. THEN I WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR A CALL FROM THE DOCTOR. CALL NEVER CAME. GOT THE RESULTS FROM STAFF MEMBER. WON'T USE AGAIN.

Good Evening. The tests were done correctly however, there was not enough specimen to complete all the tests requested. This is why we offered the option of recollecting the sample or getting a refund for the incomplete tests. I apologize for the inconvenience.
