Test Hunter: Driving Test Cancellations Omdömen 

Awful experience!
Functionally the app is floored as each time it connects to dvla you get an error message and I can assure you, you do lose your place! Secondly I messaged test hunter multiple times to cancel my subscription as per instructions on the app but received no response. I called my bank to block this payment but as a debit card regular collection, they could only place a temporary block. After another couple of weeks of wondering how to stop this service I stumbled across some small print on the app which took me to a main website and I was finally able to cancel my subscription. Still no communication from test hunter as if they were check my requests to cancel they’d owe me 4-5 weeks of subscription costs. I’d suggest at present that this is a convenient way to tie folk in with zero ease to opt to cancel. Don’t use! Don’t trust this lot!

Despite repeated emails they will not delete my account!

Took £7 off me and didn’t even have an iphone app so i couldn’t do anything . Con artists . No number for support either

AVOID THIS COMPANY…Complete scam, cancelled my subscription within the 14 day period they have now been taking out £7 weekly from my account, try call the number and doesn’t connect through, try emailing and no response.

This app was awful. It also continued taking money despite me emailing them and contacting them through their auto pilot that my daughter had passed her test and I wanted to cancel the subscription. The app never worked and was a complete waste of money. Do not purchase

No option for zero stars ,so that is why is one.
Scam app, that's what it is. They allowed me to pay knowing they won't find any slots available at all. Other app found it straightaway. Don't spend your money on this app, they are lying scam!

Poor service they don’t respond to your emails and the system doesn’t let me book anything I’m always refreshing and nothing happens.would not recommend this app at all .

This site does not work. I purchased 2 subscriptions to different sites, this one offered automatic booking option hence the second purchase. It sounded perfect. I got multiple booking cancellation notifications through the other platform and not once did Test Hunter book my test, I contacted support to ask why they auto book wasn’t working and their response was automated.

In the end I used the other site to get a cancellation and it worked perfectly, all the while Test Hunter did absolutely nothing, if I could give it no stars I would. I used the first site, on notification of a cancellation I clicked the link and secured the date.

I do not feel Test Hunter works at all and a total waste of money!

I would not even give them one star to be honest. They don't answer messages and keep saying I don't have a test when I do. Took money for premium search, would have been better buying a bag of sweets- more value and use.

I filled out all my details: the date range I wanted for the test, the test centres, turned on all notification and booking options but nothing was offered to me, regardless of me checking the app constantly. Out of nowhere under ‘notifications’, it said ‘Below are some dates we offered you earlier. If you missed them… we’ll try to book chosen dates automatically if they become available again.’ These dates were absolutely NOT offered to me! If they supposedly had been, I 100% would’ve booked one or expected any of the four dates to be booked for me. They were not! I’ve therefore just decided to cancel my subscription as the app has been nothing short of USELESS during these last 3 weeks I’ve had it and it said I had until the 17th of May to use it since it’s only just taken a payment out this evening (10th May). Well it logged me out instantly with no way to log back in!!! It doesn’t recognise my email address as though they’ve deleted my account. They’ve taken my money and logged me out… Do NOT use this app, it’s a total scam

This app has taken my money but will not verify my details so is useless to me. I have asked Google pay for a refund but they say to take it up with the app designers who have not replied to any of the 3 emails I have sent them.
Do not use this app.

Bought this costly app for the obvious reasons but unfortunately I cant even activate a search of any kind. It's clearly a scam. I have tried contacting them and had no response from them. I will be trying to get my money back but I doubt that will happen.

The app doesn't work as it won't verify my details. I am still waiting for the customer support to reply to my query more than 24hrs later. Absolute waste of time and money. I will be requesting a refund

As bad as all the other reviews suggest. I thought it was just very poor as it didn’t identify any tests that other platforms were. I asked to cancel and no response - I contacted the bank to stop payments to them which I think may be the only way to cancel!! AVOID and stick with Testi!!!

I wish I can give minus 1 or 0. It’s totally Fraud

Thank you to my bank for refusing to verify my card when I was trying to pay for this subscription because it is a con! Beware!!

Paid to register with test hunter only to find that the app wouldn't recognise my daughter's test booking. Emailed asking for help, no response. Emailed asking for refund, again no answer to my emails. Wish I'd read reviews as no one seems to have had a positive experience. AVOID!!!

Load of overpriced bollocks, got nothing.
EDIT: after the reply posted, I can attest what they state is at odds with reality. Subtantively not true, where other apps get more then zero cancellations etc, theirs gets NONE.

The app is a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

Getting an earlier test date is basically impossible right now, so I didn’t have high hopes. I’d tried a couple of other apps and they didn’t do anything at all. My test was booked ages away and I was constantly checking with no luck. Decided to try this app and after a bit of waiting it actually worked and brought my test much closer. THANK YOU!
