Ciao
Ciao, mi piacerebbe fare una recensione positiva ma il pacco non è mai arrivato. Sono in Campania quindi la spedizione non dovrebbe superare più di qualche giorno lavorativo, invece sono dieci giorni e dei miei campioni di tessuto nemmeno l’ombra. Aspetterò ancora qualche giorno, poi contatterò il sito, sperando riescano a rimborsarmi la spesa quantomeno.

Abbiamo verificato nuovamente la spedizione dei campioni: il pacco risulta in transito e, da ultimo aggiornamento, si trova in provincia di Caserta. Al momento risulta un lieve ritardo rispetto ai tempi standard di consegna (3–5 giorni lavorativi).
La invitiamo a contattarci direttamente tramite il sito o telefonicamente: in questo modo possiamo assisterla subito in modo puntuale e, se necessario, aprire una segnalazione al corriere.
