Fantastic experience with TE Sportswear. I ordered a set of tracksuits for my gymnastics team and was really impressed from start to finish. The quality exceeded my expectations – the tracksuits are comfortable, durable, and look very professional.

The turnaround time was incredibly fast, which was a huge help as we needed them quickly. Communication was great throughout, and everything arrived exactly as ordered.

I had a very positive experience with TE Sports - who produced 10 shirts for our girls cricket team. They were very helpful and communicative throughout and i don't believe any other supplier could have met our delivery timeline.

While i had to pay a little to get my ChatGPT logo design transferred to an EPS file it wasn't unreasonable and despite ongoing issues with the Strait of Hormuz everything was delivered in good time (we paid for express delivery and they arrived in 3 weeks.

The shirts look great and the girls are very excited to wear their new shirts in action on tour.

I have purchased on two occasions from team sports Ltd for lawn green bowling polo's with our team colours &logo. EXCELLENT QUALITY &WORKMANSHIP Ifound it hard to order not because the website wasn't easy to follow , but i am not very computer wise as i am a pensioner. But ruby was very helpful & and iwould like to thank ruby for her patience on both these occasions from informing me of progress from start to finish. I Would highly recommend this company to anyone

Found TE Sportsware online and their website looked good and easy to design some ties for our clubs end of season dinner.
When I placed the order (February) I explicitly stated we needed these by the end of April ready for the EOS dinner. I was assured that date was fine.
I chased multiple times throughout April asking for an update to which they replied it's all good and will be with me by end of the month.
Then the final week of April came, I chased up every day (we needed them by Saturday). Then on the Friday they messaged stating the conflict in the middle east has delayed the order and the delivery dates are just estimated!? I had no idea up until this point they outsourced the manufacturing, if I was told this at the beginning I probably would have reconsidered ordering with them and chose a UK based manufacturer. My bad for not doing my research.
Now I have 30+ ties after the event and no returns allowed so the club will have to pick up the refunds to our members.

Ive thought alot about this review. We are a tiny social league team who wanted custom bibs for our spring/summer season. I started the process almost 9 weeks ago. I placed my order, a simple order I thought. But its took a lot of back of forth. The logo I had designed wasn't the correct format apparently so I had to pay extra to change the format? When it was finally agreed upon via a lot of back and forth I was just ready to get things moving. When they considered the ordered placed I was told delivery could take up to 8 weeks! Unless of course I paid an extra £65 to rush it for a 3 week deadline. I paid. 3 weeks passed, I was then told it would be another week or so as 3 weeks was an estimate. Another week passed. I was told it was due to the conflict in the middle east?? It was then I realised this "UK company" does not produce its items in the UK. I wouldn't have purchased if I had known that. So many decent UK based companies, this is my fault, lack of research. Anyway, another week passes and the bibs arrive. Honestly nothing awe inspiring. The hems aren't even that neat. It's printed fabric with let's face it the most basic sewing pattern! One sadly also came with a mark on it.

Here's the Positives, The team's communication is on point. They respond to emails very efficiently. When I pointed out the delay in delivery and asked for a refund on the rush order fee they agreed to do so (although not received yet, its only been 24 hours). The bibs are ok, we will use them, if I hadnt had the issues and only paid say £70 for them I would be content but that is not the case.

Basically its been embarrassing turning up to my team the last few weeks empty handed with nothing for then but another email response. Please be clearer about your limitations.

Great Customer Support - I ordered a customised goalkeeper shirt and was contacted by the Sales Team to advise on the various options for my bespoke design. I used the design team to help with some of the things I wanted on the shirt.The team were super helpful to make sure I was happy with the colour and fabric I had chosen. Our order of 27 polo shirts for Great Chesterford Bowls Club was handled superbly by Amelia & Jessica.
