Ordered a seat cover, received wrong style. I sent an email requesting an exchange and received a reply that they'd be happy to. That was 4 days ago, I've resent emails and nothing.
I recommend ordering your seat cover directly from "4knines" which is the brand they are reselling.

Teslarati is honestly a great company to shop with. Their products are high quality, well thought out, and clearly made by people who actually care about Tesla owners. Shipping is fast, packaging is solid, and their customer support is super helpful and responsive. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it makes the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely a brand I trust and recommend.

Okay. So I saw a good deal on 3D floor mats for my Juniper model Y and I ordered them. I have a bad habit of looking at the reviews after I already made the purchase. The reviews were not so good and I got nervous.... Well....just got them. Im so relieved. I ordered the 3D floor mats on Thursday and got them today, Sunday by FedEx. The entire process was flawless. Was sent updates on the process and the tracking. I expected the worst and it could not have gone better. I guess every company deserves to do good and build its reputation.

I keep seeing a bunch of 1-star reviews here complaining about customer service, but oddly enough, no one ever follows up on whether they were actually helped. Makes you wonder if people are more interested in venting than resolving anything.

Anyway, I ordered the Model Y Juniper mats and they all fit perfectly. The only slight hiccup was the 3 pieces that go behind the seats — I had a tough time getting them to sit flush once the seats were back up. Thought it might be a defect at first.

I reached out to customer service and got a quick and helpful response. I believe the gentleman’s name was Bryan, he walked me through how to use the crease lines to get them to settle in properly. After that, no issues at all.

Just sharing my honest experience. Maybe try asking for help before dropping a dramatic review — just a thought.

Purchased floor mats trunk liner and back seat liner for Tesla model Y juniper. All components were very nice and a great fit except the rear seat liners. They overlap and don’t allow the seats to move flat. The friction actually pulled the Velcro attachment strips from the covers. Customer service was to reply in 24 hours- 3 days- nothing

I ordered a Quick Bandit license plate holder from them and it arrived to me, and the product was authentic. I think some of the reviews on here that are negative are not fake. These guys are legit and you should feel confident buying from them.

Ordered floor mats for 2025 YLR, received them in 5 days. Super nice, smooth transaction. No problems

Purchased a set of running boards/bumper brush guards for my Tesla CT. Items came in quickly. One of the items was not to my liking (I chose the wrong item). I contacted customer service, and they were extremely helpful and responsive. I was able to get the correct item in a short time and had the issue resolved in a seamless manner. I love these guys and always look at them first for any future Tesla accessories.

Transparency

Teslarati has product ratings, but I couldn't see the actual buyer reviews. I ordered the Tesla Model Y & 3 Glovebox Divider Organizer, and after I installed it properly (instructions not included), I found that the organizer did not stay in place, there was no means to keep it is place. It's totally useless.
I received an email from TESLARATI Marketplace -requests-at-judge.me- stating "We'd love to get your feedback. Love it? Leave a review!
"We really appreciate your feedback. Thank you!
However, the form was not working so I couldn't write and submit a review. Teslarati's return policy states "Returns must not have been installed..." since I had assembled and installed it, I couldn't return it for a refund.
Buyer Beware!

Extremely slowwwwww shipping. Coming from China. Takes several weeks!!!

I bought some floor mats for my Model Y after I picked it up in late September. Communication was great and the mats arrived in under a week despite me living across the country. Quality was great and communication with customer service after I ordered the wrong item was smooth.

We had ordered a carbon fiber spoiler that ended up being cracked on delivery :( Tried contacting them via their support email but had little hope based on the reviews.

Ended up speaking with someone over the phone (Ben?) who was super helpful!!! First thing I told him was that their email sucks.The guy mentioned that they get so much volume and work through a 3rd party email support which might be the reason for all of these bad experiences. But they have also in-house folks that also field customer requests. You guys need more in-house support! Anyhow, ended up getting a speedy replacement. Thanks guys.

Saw many YouTube reviews on these hyped floor mats and was in desperate need after picking up our Model Y amid a very rainy season. Wasn't sure about spending so much but relatively happy with the quality of the product. Would give 5 stars if it weren't for the price.

See a lot of reviews here on customer service, but haven't had any experience with that. Phew?

This company has a terrible return policy and horrible customer service. I purchased mats from them that I did not like and the return process was next to impossible. They took days to answer emails. Did not want to pay for shipping and then charged me a $50 restocking fee just to return mats that were never opened or used.

I ordered the winter floor mats from their website. They looked beautiful so I figured I would splurge. I purchase them using my PayPal account and I am convinced that is the only reason I was able to get my money back. Teslarati said they shipped the mats but did not include any shipping information; no mats ever showed up at my home. I sent them an email and they said they would look into it. I filed a claim with PayPal and my money was returned in less than a week. Still, no mats.
