Customer service was great. They went out of their way to find me the best price. The best part was that they never rushed or pressured me into taking a bid. They even followed up afterward to see if I was satisfied with the service.

I guess one’s kind of a lengthy one because this one took about a week to get done altogether. The agent that I had worked with worked very diligently to get the lowest price as possible for me to get my parts car home. We originally agreed on a price that was below $300. The car hauler driver that was supposed to pick up my car drop the contract and my agent worked diligently to get a similar if not close to the original price. Altogether took about a week because I was adamant about not raising the price as much as I could. At the time I was without a job. Anyway, this gentleman worked on the weekends to help me get the parts car that I want at home and I was not the easiest customer so I think him for that. Also, I should mention that I live two time zones from him so we were on a different times table altogether.

First of all I am no way affiliated with Tertoro Inc. or any of their employees. With that said...Chris White at Tertoro made the process simple, straight forward, and fast. From the Quote on Thursday (12/7/23) to contract signed (12/8/23) for pickup Monday (12/11/23). Driver showed up Monday in Montana as Chris scheduled and the Car was delivered as scheduled 12/14/23 in California. Chris was very helpful in making this happen and updated me in minutes whenever I had questions. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again if I ever need to ship. Also, very competitive pricing based on the many quotes from other companies. Thank you Chris for the awesome experience!

Jack with Tertoro Inc answered me quickly during the whole process. They were able to get my jeep shipped in the time frame I needed, but it did end up costing a bit more than quoted. The car arrived with no issues and on time.

Got flooded with responses when I had to ship my daughters 4Runner from Houston to Phoenix. Jack was the most responsive and easiest to coordinate the transport without being too pushy. He found a great me a great deal and got it done!

After a couple of mediocre experiences with transport companies I decided to give it a try again. Chris White at Tertoro Transport built my confidence back up. Pick up, drop off, and communication were all A+.

Sailor was absolutely the best. I was looking for quotes online and wasn't too sure which company to use or who is credible.

I was extremely happy with the response time, level of care, and communication.

Harper was very respectful, responsive, and understanding to my situation.

Sailor worked very hard for us. He was professional and kind. He was very transparent and I felt no pressure. This business is tough because there are a lot of scammers out there and slimy brokers. Sailor could have booked my shipment with a few drivers who were trying to pick up the vehicle without insurance. Thankfully, sailor’s team checks and they passed on them. My husband ended up choosing the other broker and when we told Sailor that we were sorry we wasted his time, he was still very professional and wished us luck and a blessed day. The other broker was the one who contacted us first and that’s the only reason we went when him. Both Sailor and the other guy matched up on price and ratings.

Jesse Madison gave excellent service. He streamlined the shipment of my car from Hawaii to the US East Coast so I could have it by the time my car rental ended. That saved me a lot of $$. My car arrived spotlessly clean and in perfect condition. I have never had such a superb experience with a vehicle shipper. And the man who delivered it was very nice and prompt. The ETA was 6-7 pm. He arrived on the dot at 6!

I looked at a few companies and knew that a lot of companies are not that reliable. Tertoro had good reviews on TrustPilot and elsewhere, so I chose them to move mom's car from Hawaii to Kentucky. I worked with Jesse Madison and he was fantastic. He was very responsive, direct, honest and easy to work with. The car arrived early and looked great!

Sailor Cooper was great. Communication was always on point, constant updates start to finish. We had an issue with the driver, but Sailor stepped up and handled everything creating a seamless transaction.
