I am satisfied every single time I do business with John. He always make sure that my vehicles come on time. John is always professional no matter what. I do enjoy doing business with John.

Low Lifes. Stroked me for weeks telling me they would get this amazing rate and then continuously tried to bump me into paying nearly double to get the load moved. Shady tactic to get a contract signed. Then when I threatened to pull the plug and go fly to get the car myself, they disappeared. I booked my flight and hotel and then the car showed up on a truck with no notification. Their contract clearly states they will notify upon pickup and delivery, neither of which the completed. I explained the situation and gave them every opportunity to make it right and they have now ghosted me. LOOK ELSEWHERE for car transport. Dishonest folks.

Buyer Beware! Signed a contract with Tertoro for shipping my car for $450. I asked multiple times leading up to the ship date if we were all set for shipping the car, which they always confirmed "yes." But was called by them on the actual ship day whereby they tell me it will now cost $900., because they needed to use another driver. Classic bait & switch. Not a fan of sketchy business and being ripped off! Would not recommend

This company is great,Jesse was very helpful and gave me the best deal, we communicated really and and he was able to explain everything in very clear and detailed. Great service overall.

This company was awesome they gave me a quote for 600$ to ship my car from ri to florida. i was skeptical at first but Jesse made the whole process easy and answered any question i had.The price never changed as i was promised. They’ll definitely see future business from me

Read the reviews before signing their contact, (which they will call an estimate) that they send you after you verbally agree to accept their initial quote. I was quoted $350 ship a car a mere 500 miles from Kansas to Colorado. I accepted and signed the contract AFTER inquiring several times asking them to assure me the price would remain $350 and they wouldn't call me and increase the price prior to pickup. I played this game one other time. Well, low and behold, on the day of the scheduled pickup they called to tell me they could not find a driver for that price and now they want $550 to ship the car. This is a horrible way to do business. I understand some people fall for this scam and pay the additional fee. I was not desperate and had other quotes. Read the reviews, this company does this all the time even after you sign a contract. I did not read the reviews, I trusted the information I had in writing that they would not increase the price. And sadly, tThey just lay the blame on the drivers and move on. I had a car shipped from Illinois to Chicago in March for $500 plus I tipped the driver $100 because he was on time and kept me informed. I felt $350 for the half the distance was a fair price. But these greedy folks want more. Do not use them or Safe Auto Trucking because they tried the same tactic on the last car. Go direct through the trucking company and avoid using brokers, they are a SCAM.

I have never written a bad review in my life but this was the worst experience I’ve had. It all could have been avoided with honesty and communication.

First they told me it would be $450 to ship my car the following Monday. I get a call on Tuesday that it will now be $900! I even put down a down payment and signed an agreement. Finally they agreed to $800 to be paid by venmo but the driver didn’t take Venmo when he arrived.

Arrival time then when from Wednesday to Thursday to Friday at 12pm to 2pm and finally 4:30pm.

I would also go 36 hours without responses during this week. I hope they are more upfront and honest with customers in the future.

I would have given it a 4/5 if not for Harper’s hard work and availability throughout the process. Harper responded quickly to our every call and text. He did his due diligence in finding us a new driver when the first was not working out ( to be polite). Car arrived safely and Harper took the time to f/u with us to be sure.

I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received from Tertoro (and Chris). I had a large vehicle that wasn’t the easiest to figure out, but they worked through the process, and the delivery went perfectly.

In the beginning, I thought that they were a great company. They gave me a great quote. Their policy states that you have to cancel five days prior or you’re charged a fee. However, I emailed them six days prior to cancel and four days prior. I got a text message about the car being transported again. I had to clarify that we weren’t moving after all in this very hectic situation. We weren’t approved for the house when we were supposed to move to Georgia. But they continued to charge me anyway, all the while I’m receiving text messages from the person handling my situation, he began to tell me how he’s already received two bad reviews and if he gets a third one, he’ll lose his job and how he was just fine $300 from bad reviews. It’s hectic when you’re trying to move from one state to another. And plans fall through at the last minute and you’re stuck in a hectic situation. I want customers to know that they’re more concerned with their own business and pocket money, and less concerned about the quality Inn, which they handle their customers. I definitely will never use them again.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I needed a car picked up from a rather remote location and Chris found a driver and had my car delivered within days. Pricing is reasonable and worth the service. Great communication as well.

I had a great experience. Chris and the drivers were great with communication and kept their word. There was no upcharge and the price never changed. My car was delivered the same day it was picked across states.

My friend’s son’s vehicle broke down late at night coming back home from school. We had to have it towed back to South Jersey, farther than roadside assistance would handle. Enter Chris from Tertoro who took the time to find me a driver at a reasonable price — and in the meantime, texting me often to keep me apprised of the situation and “talk me off the ledge” during this hectic and overwhelming time as this was a first for any of us needing an auto carrier. Not only did Harper at Tertoro Inc come in with an amazing price for shipping my 65 Elcamino across the country, he came in with amazing service as well, offering consistent and clear communication and utilizing his relationships and industry knowledge to insure that we got the best carrier for the job. Harper understood that my car was important to me and was careful to select a carrier that he knows and trusts who had a great track record and a direct route, so that my car was in transit for the shortest period of time possible and on the most direct route to its drop off location. They came in right on time and right on price and even checked in during and after to make sure everything was OK! Cant recommend these guys enough and can’t thank them enough for getting my car home safe and sound!

If you were like me, stressing out about shipping and finding a reputable broker/shipper, then put your 100% trust to Mr. Harper. He will get it done for you! Trust me!

It was my first time shipping a vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from New York and it has to be shipped to Alaska. I needed a shipper that will deliver the car from New York to Seattle port, then put the vehicle in a barge heading to Alaska. This is supposed to be expensive, but with Mr. Harper, I found the best rate and the quickest delivery date!

To my surprise, shipping a vehicle is not as easy as I thought it was. Once you search for shippers, there are a ton of brokers out there online. Some are big name companies and some are not. I ended up trying 3 big named shippers/brokers and didn't pick Mr. Harper first at Tertoro. These 3 big companies were not able to make it happen. Also, my experience with these 3, the customer service was not that great. Slow to respond to inquiries. Sudden change of dates and pricing. Upfront charge to book a driver.

So I decided to give Mr. Harper a shot even Tertoro isn't that big or popular of a broker company. I was really hesitant at first. The reason I finally decided to give Mr. Harper a shot was because he was very responsive to all my inquiries but not pushy. He was just quick!!! Sometimes I thought "does this person sleep at all?" You ask a question, he responds with information and it was easy to realize that this person is just way way better than the other previous 3.

Mr. Harper was able to find me a driver/shipper quickly, a timely pickup date, and he was with me throughout the process and guiding me each step of the way. Explaining things I don't understand as it was my first time shipping a car. I didn't feel lost at all! He was amazing! I got my car to Seattle in less than a week! Now my car is here in Alaska and my car is in one piece and it was taken care of during delivery! No damages like other people experience. Mr. Harper made things possible for me fair and square, I'm sure he will too for you! This guy loves his work and you are lucky if you found him in the middle of hundred companies out there that don't really care much for you and your vehicle but just wants your hard earned money.

DO NOT HESITATE TO GIVE MR. HARPER A CHANCE! TRUST ME! JUST SEE HOW QUICKLY HE RESPONDS TO YOU! THANK YOU MR. HARPER AND I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST!!!
