I received my new TK-02 about a week ago and I have been loving it so far! I had a TK-01 for about 4 years which started having some issues, Terra Kraffe gave me a great deal on a new TK-02 and I must say its a big improvement over the TK-01. Its much cleaner to operate and more refined all the way around. I am also very happy with the addition of Drip Coffee!

Just purchased the TK-02 and had some initial general support questions about product use. Responses were quick and specifically answered the questions asked.

I’m super impressed with my new Terra Kaffe Demi. Makes perfect espresso every time and super easy to clean. When I had a question about a setting and emailed support, they responded very quickly to answer my question. Highly recommend the product!

This company CARES about YOU. They are very responsive to questions. The software to update my TK-02 coffee machine comes about 3 times a year, and it keeps getting better! Much better than dealing with large companies and even better coffee. It definitely makes getting up in the morning easier. :)

We even had an incident where our coffee pot fell off of the counter (don't even ask), and Terra Kaffe went out of their way to help us. Who can ask for more?

We have had DEMI for 2 months and couldn’t be happier with it. The machine is so easy to use because the display guides you step by step through a menu for types of coffee, volume and strength of brew. DEMI indicates on the display what is needed: water added, coffee grounds emptied, brewer cleaned or machine descaled. All of these functions are simple to perform. We each use our own beans for drip coffee and it is fresh as the beans are ground on demand. We put the milk in the bottom of the cup before adding coffee, so the milk is heated as the coffee is delivered in the cup. DEMI seamlessly combines beauty, form and function to provide an extraordinary coffee experience.

I am an old-school coffee maven. I’ve always bought & ground fresh
roast beans — or roast my own from green. I’ve had every coffee-making device, from automatic drip to Chemex to pourover to Japanese 1-cup pour over to moka pot and then some. I’ve never owned a pod device and never will. I love my conical burr grinder; nothing else will do. And I don’t care about milk. I never thought I’d ever own a coffee machine. And suddenly, i have a Terra Kaffe Demi, and it’s a game changer. Amazing looking. Amazingly customizable. Grinds & brews amazing coffee. It’s the coffee machine for old-school coffee mavens. Get one. You’ll love it, too. Oh, and their customer service is awesome, too!

I purchased the TK-02 a couple of years ago. I mainly use it for Espresso although I do like drip coffee every once in a while. I originally bought it thinking I would make lattes but I couldn’t get the milk frother to do what I wanted. My go to is Americano now.
My screen started acting up this past week- machine still worked great but the display was wonky. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond. They sent a box with packaging to my house and I packed up my machine and sent it back to them for repair. I am hopeful it will be a quick turnaround!

I’ve had the Terra Kaffe for over a year. I love the many options of coffee I can make. I especially love the milk option because I love my cafe con leche… coffee with milk. The temperature of the milk is perfect. I will recommend this machine if you love different options. I love their costumer service because they are quick to respond via email.

We purchased the TK Demi over the holidays as I was soon to have a baby and wouldn’t realistically be able to use our time consuming espresso setup. The Demi has been amazing! My parents prefer drip coffee and my husband and I enjoy espresso drinks. It’s worked really well for all of us. We love that we don’t need to use capsules. I had some questions about cleaning/descale cycles and the customer service was very prompt and responded quickly. They also followed up multiple times to check in and make sure I was satisfied with the response. The machine is still working beautifully.

I was hesitant to purchase DEMI as it was a brand new product for TK, but I preordered it as it promised to deliver every feature I had been searching for in a coffee machine (customizable, single serve cups of drip, espresso and hot water.) To my delight, it performed even better than I hoped. I have been so pleased with DEMI, I ordered a second machine as a gift for friends. I have also been pleased with the double walled coffee cups from TK. They keep the coffee hotter longer than standard ceramic mugs. I have had several email interactions with the customer service concierge. In each case, they responded quickly and efficiently. I have been beyond pleased with DEMI.

The Terra Kaffe customer service team has been great! I love my Demi machine too! I had an issue and they got a new machine sent out super quick. Process was painless and I really do love my machine and not having to deal with pods anymore

I love this machine! I preordered my TK-2 before it came out and once I’ve gotten the machine, it’s been the best thing ever! I have had to get my machine fixed twice and it’s been great with the team. Communication could be faster but I understand it’s a small team. Getting the insurance is the best thing you can do when you buy this machine. My friend bought the TK-1 and told me about the TK-2. I fell in love with it and ordered right away. Great machine and great company.

I ordered a TK-1 replacement and it came well packaged . I also had the opportunity to try the Classico coffee and I give it a 10/10. Customer service is top notch as they have always responded back .

Renting a Demi. This is fantastic! Like this I can see this “Beauty” in my setup and test it and play around.
I must confess that I don’t like to read manuals and just played. And I think this machine is very intuitive and easy to learn. On top of that they have a very helpful team giving support, when one has a specific questions, or help is sought. It is a young cool company with a great product! I most probably will buy the machine! Maybe in another color. Cool colors by the way!

We are really happy with our purchase of the Terra Kaffe Demi. I was a little nervous as it is a fully new product, but it's exactly what we needed. It heats up quickly, is almost too easy to use, and makes delicious coffee. We have changed our drink settings so each one is just how we like it. We did have issues with the unit, but the customer service team was very responsive and helpful. They fixed our problem and I'm telling everyone I know how much we love this superautomatic machine.

I rented a TK-02 for a month, hoping that I would like it enough to eventually purchase a unit.
Setup to first coffee was easy.
However, I quickly had to find out that the milk foam production was nowhere near expectations.
After trying a number of things (with assistance of TK customer service), the situation did not improve and I reluctantly returned the machine. Amongst the things tried......milk temperature (45F-95F), container (designated vessel, open container), milk beta setting (higher temp), different milk types (0%, 2%, whole).
The amount of foam produced never changed.
With a super-auto machine such as this, the whole point is NOT having to resort to an external device.
So, if you like your cappuccino on the dry side, this is not the machine for you.

The customer support team is quick and thorough. Questions about shipping and machine operation were answered same day and usually within an hour, even during holiday season.
