I've ordered and received 3-4 orders without problems with packaging or viability. Maybe I'm lucky or other folks are looking for reasons to explain why their methods didn't work. If they were scamming as much as folks say, this many reputable breeders wouldn't send them their gear. They would be out of business.

Great customer service! I ordered a pack of seeds from in-house on a presale wrong pack was shipped . Instantly hit up Chris and he told me to keep the pack I got and sent a new one with a bunch of freebies! Definitely using this Seedbank from now on! Fast shipping and great customer service.

Bought 2 packs of Purple Marmalade from solfire via terpy. Package was undisturbed. Opened the package and 1 pack of the Marmalade had a tampered seal that was disturbed/messed with.
Solfire is replacing the tampered pack and they're gonna deal with terpy over it.
Seems like alot of people in the community have similar situations.

I will give them 2 stars due to the fact they ship quickly but their customer service is really lacking and can be rude. If you listen to your customers you might not be getting all these bad reviews. I get your a two man team but for christ sakes with the business you got rolling in and the money wasted on the failed site your telling me you cant afford to hire at least one more person to help ease the load. Either they got their margins messed up or just greedy either way I will take my business to others who try to operate some what professionally and theres not much out there to be honest.

Had a hiccup, but overall, they said there gonna make it right. Unsealed pack from fresh coast, I got 1 email sayin they seal there packs then another saying Ross never seals his packs, there starting to be alot of unsealed pack stories from them, I'll update to 4 stars if they follow through.. but could be the send you a sealed pack bluff to keep me content..🤔.. I'll keep this updated if it is 1 to 2 stars they didnt honor what they said.
You guys see that terpy isnt a approved vendor of square one genetics anymore , at least not on square one genetics site as of 3/28/22

I ordered one pack of square one genetics 2 weeks ago until now I did not get a shipping confirmation.
Scammers... always problems with them....
They don't reply on my mails too...

They have a NO support policy. If something goes wrong you are SOL. Stay away. There are plenty of good seed vendors. Plus their website goes down constantly. It was offline all last week. Pathetic business.

I ordered 3 compound genetics beans packs from them. 2 came in a Mylar pack that was unsealed. The other came in a blue box that the seal was popped on. They are definitely swapping out seeds and tampering with there products. They refused to discuss anything with my through email, other then the packs come sealed from compound. Ok great so they come sealed from him and unsealed from you. I dropped $1000 on the 3 packs. I have had to put in a dispute with my credit card and hopefully get refunded my money. I can’t believe they would do this to hardworking people. I have ordered from at least 5 other banks and never had a problem. Please be aware and stay away from Terpy seeds. They tamper with and switch out beans on top dollar genetics. Shame cause I would have bought more of their selection. SCAMMERS!!!!

My order went with a hick-up. But they came through and I finally have the squareone genetics!

If I could give zero stars I would. One star is a gift. They are a bunch of scammers who will take your money, send you unusable product and will NOT make it right. It’s disgusting how they treat their customers once the money hits their account. BEWARE… I would hate for others to get scammed out of their hard earned money as well. Never again.

My package arrived late, damaged and no seeds to be found salvageable. Customer service gave me the runaround and basically told me I'm SOL. Do not waste your time and money. They should be ashamed of what they are doing to honest people trying to make a living. Stay far away from these scammers!

Giving them one star honestly was more than they deserved! Dont waste ur time with them... didn't get what i ordered n when i contacted them they were rude n didnt help 🤦🤦 never again!!

Be careful of this company I should’ve trusted my gut feeling and not ordered from them you will be screwed over these people are the biggest scam artists they send you two packs one is supposedly” free” and the one that you actually order and ask for is cut open the guy thinks he’s slick but people are not stupid and hopefully whoever is reading my review can learn from my lesson I am morning whoever is thinking of ordering from these people to not order anything from them they send you garbage stuff they send you items that are opened and tampered with and God forbid you even ask for a refund , YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT IT, their customer service is great right before you send your money but as soon as your money is sent over to them they don’t even bother responding back to you they’ll do everything they can to gain your trust and make you think they are a professional company but in fact they are scammers and thieves what’s really messed up is it takes growers about 6 to 8 months to fully develop and grow the seeds into plants so how would they even know what they are getting ? Exactly they won’t because they just wasted eight months of hard work and their money only to be screwed also if you guys think those”positive reviews “ are real then you are living in La La Land those reviews are definitely bought and paid for this company should be shut down ASAP stop stealing money from hard working people you should be ashamed of yourself I wish I would’ve just listened to my intuition and not ordered from these people but now I am left with nothing but I am OK with that as long as other people understand the risk of ordering from people like this

Terpy seeds is the real deal. I was almost scared to order from them dp to someone bad mouthing them about not being legit.
Well they had the genetics I wanted so glad I didn't listen. Got 12 packs of unique Thugpug Strains at good price also lots of freebies! Free thugpug tray, stickers, in house genetics samples amongst others. Wish I could post pics, but anyway you shouldn't hesitate to order. 2 man team so be patient. 100 orders don't ship overnight.
