Customer service is great. I unknowingly subscribed to the service and once i asked for a refund, i got it immediately. 5 Star review from me.

What the hell
What the hell! How are these people up and running. They sell you a cancel-anytime trial, that's impossible to cancel. I had to cancel my card. Thankfully Trustpilot reviews gave me a heads up and I avoided getting charged numerous times.
Update:
I have to say the following to be fair. When I looked at the charge on my credit card statement, there was a phone number. I called the number and some kid picked up the phone, I think I woke him up. Anyway, I explained my issue and with monosyllabic responses, he agreed to cancel my subscription.
About an hour later I received an email confirming my cancelation. Unfortunately by this time, I had already canceled my credit card.
I am not taking down this post because even though I was able to get in touch with them. Still they have a sleazy way of hooking you. And I am sure they are ripping of some people. They’re FAQ say you can cancel the subscription yourself online. That is not true.

Not able to cancel subscription
Not able to cancel subscription or switch to a free plan from the Dashboard. Wrote an email to support but seems that I need to cancel my card :( according to the information I've found on the feedback sites.
UPD:
I've received feedback from the support team. They've informed me that the subscription has been canceled. Unfortunately it is not possible to check this from the Dashboard so still going to change my card according to other comments.

Avoid at all costs! Credit Card frauds!
Avoid at all costs! Charge illegale on your credit charge.
I've bougth a onetime payment for a privacy policy. This was confirmed by mail. Without any other notification Termify starts charging my credit card for $ 24,95 per month. This is credit card fraud. When asking for the refund they shove a "no refund policy" under your nose and at laugh at you.
Malicious b*stards who only care about getting money. The world is better off without Termify.
