ten trade is actually the best prop I have ever traded with especially their services verify fast and reliable but there only issue is that their spreads on some pairs are too wide which limits traders from trading pairs they are familiar with e.g crypto and then this issue is personal the personal daily target is what kills me most at times because cutting losses is easy but cutting half profits is aching

Tentrade trading restrictions are honestly disappointing and counterproductive.

The maximum daily profit cap and lot size limitations don’t just manage risk they actively limit a trader’s ability to perform at their best. Not every trader operates on a fixed, low-risk, high-frequency model. Some of us rely on high risk-to-reward setups (like 1:5 or 1:10), where patience and precision matter more than constant trading.
By enforcing a maximum daily profit, you’re essentially penalizing traders for having strong performance. A setup that naturally has a 1:10 potential ends up being cut short to something like 1:2 just to stay within your rules. That’s not risk management, that’s strategy sabotage.

The lot size restrictions further reduce flexibility, making it harder to properly execute trades based on individual risk models and market conditions.

In reality, these rules don’t support skilled trader, they restrict them. If your goal is to help traders succeed, then flexibility should be a priority, not rigid limitations that force traders to compromise their strategies.

So for my 3k account, the profit score would be 75usd. However, in your video explaining the rules, it is stated that if any of your trade exceed the profit score, all you have to do is keep trading untill it matches. Basically all I needed to do was keep trading till my profit score match instead of reseting my account to start afresh. Please kindly return my old account so I can trade it to the profit score. Please restore my account with the last balance of 3322.17usd so I can continue till I get to the appropriate profit score. More over I think you you guys should add a feature in your web were if you can ask your client if he wants a reset or wants to continue till he meets the profit margin. You guys are not foward thinking. Do you know how difficult it is to pass a challenge and now you are quick to reset it? Kindly restore my account so I can trade to the profit margin. I reached out to one of your reps on mail who said it’s not possible what is the meaning of that 😏😏😏😏

I recently had misunderstood one of their rules which lead to a breach, Once I reached out their support, I got from them messages and call to explain to me what went on wrong and how I can avoid it.
I actually am satisfied with the way they handle clients, they give ears to anything that comes from us and they make sure you get all the answers to your question.
They have mastered the most important which communication and I trust we can go forward with Tentrade.
