There were updates and always willing to help with questions. Working with Oliver throughout the process was great. I can't compare it to other sites but I was not let down and would highly recommend Tenderdolls as a supplier.

My experience with this company has been stellar! Oliver has truly been a caring and patient vendor. I feel like I was not the easiest customer, and yet he made sure everything about my order was exactly as I wanted and needed it to be! I cannot thank him enough for his patience. I must have gone back and forth with him asking various questions about 70 + times in 2 1/2 months and each time, I received a timely response. This is the best customer service I have ever had with any other company. (companies not doll related because this is my first doll) He was able to contact the factory for me and gather all the information I needed. Friendly and kind...the experience felt more like talking to a friend rather than a robot! From the bottom of my heart thank you.

As for the doll I purchased, she was an RS TOP SINO doll. The doll came out IMMACULATE! I will say the rooted hair sheds some, the moveable mouth is (tiny) not able to be used for anything but a straw or a stick of gum. The teeth inside are fragile and can be easily yanked out if not careful, and the tongue is very small. Like the size of a small dog maybe? It could be my head size chosen for a 148cm lady that made the difference, I don't know. The packaging was amazing, secure, and beautifully done. I have zero complaints with my doll.

I would like to thanks Oliver. She is very helpful to provide great customer service. I was a little hesitate about the legitimate of the website when placing an order with Tenderdolls. Tenderdolls seems to have better price than other vendor I visited. However, it came out a great experience. The website is legit and they have good connection with Sino manufacture. I was sent pictures and videos from the manufacture before shipping. There is one mistake that Sino didn't do correctly but Oliver make Sino fixed it right the way. After 2 and half month of waiting. I just got my doll delivered a couple days ago. The only problem I have is how Sino ship the doll. I pay almost $700 bucks for the flight case and it came scratch and kind of beat up which make me think Sino uses the old case to ship instead of a brand new one. Sino should put the flight case in a carton box instead of just ship the flight case with the doll inside. It is not discrete at all since the outside of the flight case still have tape says Top Sino brand. However, Sino did pack up the doll nicely and securely. She came perfect.

It’s been a few months since I received my doll and I forgot to leave a review. Hands down some of the best customer service I have ever received and I would recommend this seller to anyone who is looking to purchase a doll.

First, I was able to reach out with questions and I was surprised how quickly I received a response. The live chat function was also incredibly helpful. Even after the purchase I had further questions and they were always responsive.

Then, when I received the doll the head did not have the enhanced mouth function that I requested. A let the seller know and quickly received a response. I was blown away when they sent me a second head with the correct mouth and I was allowed to keep the first head.

Finally, the price was by far the best that I was able to find. It was so good that I was actually concerned that it was a scam, but I received an official WM doll and it is fantastic.

I just have to say that it was incredibly relieving to find a seller that I could trust and allowed me to use PayPal for even further security. There are so many scam operations out there that make this a difficult purchase. Definitely consider tinder dolls if you are looking to purchase a doll and or accessory‘s.

Overall amazing experience! I received responses to questions extremely quickly and even on weekends. I wanted to make changes to my order a few days later, and it was all taken care of and made super easy to pay the difference. After ordering from a similar site and getting ghosted with an incorrect tracking number for two weeks, this is the polar opposite. Seriously outstanding work! Thanks Jake and Oliver!

Ordered the anima doll, there was an error in communication at the beginning which is only natural, we're only human. Service was quick and friendly. My review is a tad early, though i am content to wait for my product to arrive. So far i think it was worth it.

Seperately, you could go your entire life and not see a doll or know what it feels like. Why not give ot a try?

The doll arrived in about 14 days which was expected so I was really happy about that. She’s exactly as advertised and quite heavy for the size which is nice. If you want a nice quality doll for a good price, I would definitely suggest this one!

I’d have to say that dealing with Tenderdolls.com has been a great experience as a new customer. The purchase process is fluid and having PayPal process made it that much easier.

I ordered a Piper Dolls brand platinum silicone model and Jake from Tenderdolls had a greeting and review of the order within 12 hours. Jake gave me a timeline that was very precise and he was kind enough to update me at least weekly as to how the process was going.

The process took under a month from order to my door (7/10-8/2, your results may vary). As promised, Jake provided me with photos of the completed doll with my order number for visual inspection/approval, it looked fantastic so I okayed the shipment and I got a tracking number in less than a day.

The customer service provided by Tenderdolls is the BEST I have ever experienced from ANY company. I’m not exaggerating: better than when I bought my brand new car, better than a luxury cruise I went on, fantastic!

After watching literally hundreds of love dolls I always came back to the black beauty Shanice on Tenderdolls. Super long legs, little tight butt and breasts, full lips for endless kissing and eyes which can get you in a kind of trance. If you want to have a doll which exceeds just sexual use then I recommend to really take time to search for the right model and time for the customization process, even if it takes months like in my case. It could be a life changing decision.

Don’t be discouraged by the factory photos in flat light. When my doll arrived I could not believe my eyes and my hands. She looks so real in the right light and the touch is just unbelievable. Hugging, holding hands, squeezing, kissing ... the full Doll Tantra. Also the wig stays perfectly in place, no matter which position of the doll. And I am so glad that I waited for WM dolls update for the extra finger skeleton. Holding hands has become a total new meaning. But you have to be very careful with the delicate finger bones, especially when carrying the doll into a new position.

Unlike the finger skeleton the toes are very wobbly. You can avoid this by putting on silky smooth stockings, so the toes are more protected and the feeling of touching the legs is a wonderful upgrade with this I experience.

Thanks to Oliver’s customers support and answering all my questions quickly and efficient I could make the right decisions. Also after the doll arrival you are supported by him for further care taking measures. Because of the customer support and the transparent and easy customization process I would recommend tenderdolls.com for everyone who thinks about purchasing a love doll for life.
