I had had personal contract with O2 since 1997. In 2024 in order to change my handset I inquired O2. I got my new handset and a year later I get an invoice of O2 business with a business contract. After calling O2 I found out that they had subcontracted with Telefast and I should be speaking to them. I requested Telefast that I did not want an business contract if they could give me a personal contract as I always had. I am willing to pay the termination fee and get a Pac code to move on I was informed that a migration form via E service business to personal has to be completed by them which will take 10 days . I has been one year and half no one called me back .When I call them back I am on hold for 3 to 4 hours . I cannot get out of the business plan tariff. O2 should make it clear to clients that they are sub contracting their I am willing to pay the early termination fee if only they answer their phone

I spoke with someone last week to no avail.
I have been diagnosed with terminal cancer.
I am not working anymore.
I entered into a contract with you earlier this year when I had my business and needed the high level of service from you.
Now, I cannot afford it. I would like to keep my number as it’s crucial for people to contact me in my last months.
On speaking to a representative of Telefast I was told that the only way out was with a relative providing my death certificate. That would be a little late I think.
I was also asked by the representative if I would get better…I don’t think she understands the word terminal….
This representative also asked why I couldn’t ‘fight it’. It’s a good job I am strong as any other terminally ill person could have broken down. To Telefast employees -please consider what you say to people….
I have sim only for a three year old iPhone and a three year old iPad.
I don’t need the data usage that I needed before.
Please, please, please could I change to a much needed, much lower rate? I beg you.
My only other choice as I don’t have the money is to not pay at all. However, soon, I will become housebound and my phone and iPad my only way of communication.
In hope that as a business, you could understand and be flexible.
Update. Their answer is No. all they have to do is put me on a lower tariff. Also, they started the email…I hope this finds you well…..
I am speechless.
I have been a long standing business customer of O2 but the service and difficulty of speaking with their call centre persuaded me to go with one of their partners. Everyone at Telefast has been very helpful and they always call me straight back and have helped resolve numerous issues. Excellent service all round.
Still stuck in a contract with this company who took my money and offered NOTHING in the way of customer service. Left me without any connection to my business line for an entire month. Worst decision of my life to allow my contract to be taken up by them. Don’t worry in March they are toast gone. I can’t wait.

Switched to Telefast a year ago and every time I have been in touch for any query - they are always happy to help and fix asap so glad I switched as was sick of being stuck on hold with my previous providerr. Will be bringing my familys numbers over as soon as their contracts end

The team here were able to resolve issues I have experienced with my broadband and phone services that i have been having with another provider for over 12 months. Once I transferred my services to them I was able to leave it into their support teams capable hands. Following 2 visits from Openreach engineers our disconnection problems have been fixed within 1 week more than my previous provider could do over a periof of 8 months!!
