Astonishingly good service.
I was looking for a very rare and specialist part for almost 6 months. I looked everywhere, I even contacted Dell South Africa directly and was willing to pay for a new replacement part. Nothing.
10 minutes on the line with Tekmart, and not only did they make a plan for a part that wasn't even a stock item, they gave it to me at a great price, and it was available a day after request. BRILLIANT company, BRILLIANT service, and even a check-in afterwards to confirm everything was in order.
Easiest 5 stars I could ever give.

Got invoiced on the 15th payed. I contacted a week later all phones go to voicemail and no feedback at all. The waybill they gave me isnt registering which means its not shipped. Havent been hounding them but i ordered from them because they say they had stock otherwise ebay would have worked at half the price... come on guys up your game.

Hi Andre. I'm advised that you requested a refund before the booked shipment and this was duly effected yesterday, 25th June 2024 as an instant refund. Please note that once you are refunded, the booked delivery gets cancelled immediately and cannot be fulfilled.
Apologies for this experience though and have agreat day further. I have escalated this to management who will be in contact with you.
