Teeveeing..An easy way to see UK TV and record the programs when you live abroad.

I live in Denmark and in 2019 I found TVMucho and subscribed to it. It was so nice to see TV from my native country again, and I subscribed to it. All in all the service was fine, just occasional buffering, and for a reasonable annual price and being able to record programmes up to a week in advance, it was ideal. The picture quality on our Android TV was fantastic.
Then TV Mucho stopped and was taken over by Teeveeing, it was a bit shakey at the start, but after a while the app was running fine. The support from TVMucho was brilliant, as is the support from Teeveeing... I should know, since my auto subscription to the Teeveeing Family TV was set to auto renew on May 8th 2026, it failed for some weird reason. I contacted support and they immediately told me that the payment was being blocked by my bank.
A phone call to my Danish bank resulted in them tracing the transaction and discovering that the bank wasn't blocking the payment, it was a system we have in Denmark called "Nets Danmark" who blocked the payments because they thought it could be fraudulent !

Teeveeing support extended my subscription to May 21st and recommended that I set up an online account with an online bank, get a digital Visa Card and pay that way, that's what I did, and I am glad to say that the transaction was successfully paid this afternoon ! Thanks Teeveeing Support :-)
Please note, Teeveeing Support read and make comments to these reviews, also on the Google Play Store where the Teeveeing app can be found. Not all app developers do that in the Play Store !

Fantastic Teeveeing service.

It`s a great service to be able to watch and record UK TV when abroad. Sometimes there is a connection issue but I`ve always found customer service to be very helpful.

Total rubbish

It's total rubbish! I'd give it zero if that were available. Has decided to cut out in the evenings and only be available from mid-mornings to around 10pm, for some unknown reason. They don't respond to my email asking why, also for a long time there have been no descriptions of programmes on the list as before,just the same brief account of that particular channel e.g. "ITV is home to .." Will cancel my payment next time. Maybe it's budget cuts but I can't see it lasting. Better look for something else.

Set up error caused 2 accounts and billing me for both. Even though told fixed

Something went wrong with setting up TeeVeeing. Ended up with 2 accounts. Notified TeeVeeing. They “fixed” it and removed one account but I was still getting payment messages for the second one when I went into it. (I could access it still tho). The moment I put money into that account, 18.99 was taken. No response from their customer service. So I paid 9.99 and 18.99 although they knew before the 18.99 was taken out what the issue was and told me they’d fixed it. Not very honest or correct.

I can't believe so many people don't…

I can't believe so many people don't like Teeveeing! I have used Teeveeing (and TV Mucho before that) for years. Sometimes there's a problem, but rarely is it their problem directly. It would normally be a server down or bad weather disrupting internet service or something. The customer service has always been very helpful if there is a problem. I think for the price, the service is a great one that I very much appreciate, living in a foreign country!

As a long-time user I am very satisfied.

I have used TVMucho and Teeveeing for many years. I also subscribe to the Later recording service, as we tend to watch recordings rather than live TV.
Apart from the occasional hiccup once every few months, it works great, and is very good value.

Can't believe for second time in a week…

Can't believe for second time in a week ability to watch goes down. And right now Tuesday night 9pm CET goes down, cannot play any channel on any device or the TV and of course favourite show Traitors has started. And they don't have support at this time or emergency troubleshooting.

I have had this service for a few years. It used to be called Tvmuco. I currently am locked out as I tried to update my credit card information. Keeps saying server error. Sends me an email saying support is only available Mon to Friday 9 to 5. I have been trying to update this for almost 2 weeks now I am completely locked out.

Now back on...Normally Teeveeing works well for me…

Normally Teeveeing works well for me but today 15/11/25 it opens but nothing plays...no channels,no recordings nothng!!!
Annoying when there is on support available weekends when actually historically most problems occur!

Absolutely totally impressed and satisfied! My Teeveeing is functioning correctly again! I also received an email explaining a server update was causing the issue and an apology for this inconvenience.Brilliant customer service..thankyou!

Black screen and can't get in touch with them.

Not had a problem with teeveeing for a while until today got up to watch the BBC news and nothing, tried other channels nothing but a black screen, I tried contacting them but the usual something went wrong notice. Ironically the other day I was thinking about getting a yearly subscription seeing how it's been working fine but they have just blown it again.

Satisfied with Teeveeing

I use TeeVeeing to watch TV from the UK and France. I have not had the buffering issues that others mention. I have the ex-Pat subscription. Customer service has always successfully helped me (these were membership, VPN or subscription issues). The ability to record shows from the EPG works without problems.

I recently had an issue with programs…

I recently had an issue with programs freezing. The support team were really helpful and eventually after buying and installing a new Amazon firestick the issue has been solved. Thanks again the support team especially Rich who kept on with helpful advice until the problem was solved.

Me quejaba de que la alegría me había durado solo tres días, pero tras escribirle ayer por la tarde de que cerca de 10 canales franceses no funcionaba, he descubierto que ya lo han arreglado hoy lunes bien temprano. CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVİCE

Unable to contact Teeveeing. Emails sent yesterday to the email address I've always used are not being delivered.
The "Contact Us" box on the website is not working, neither is "Chat"

EDIT 23rd June. Teeveeing have sorted out my issues promptly with respect and in a pleasant manner. It's always good to give positive feedback and credit where it's due. So I have changed my rating to 5*
