This is a SCAM! You have been warned. They will accept your order and will send you an email. Will even give you link to trace your order but along the way (after a month of waiting) when you trace it back, its gone.

Just updating my comments above. Today is 9th of June, 2021 and I finally have received my order. I take back what I have said in the above comment out of frustration because its been taking too long. My order was dated 10 May, 2021 and it literally took a month to deliver to Hong Kong. So my apologies to TeeJade.

Now my feedback about the shirts. They use Fruit of the Loom shirts. I like the print out but I could have ordered a bigger size (Im 5’9” tall and normally wear Large size) but based on their measurement guideline, Im a medium. The fit is a little tight but good enough. Large would be more comfortable.

The fabric is cotton but its a bit hard, probably because of the ink used for the print outs. I would give the quality 3/5. It could have been perfect if the fabric is more soft.

So again, this is a legit business and its not a scam. Hope this review helps.

They steal/copy designs from other artist pixel for pixel. Shame on them!

Only order stuff from TeeJade if you don't care if or when it shows up. Glaciers move faster than their shipping partners.

Ordered 2 shirts over a month ago. Received 1. Still waiting on the other. 4 messages later,. I called the number on the website. It's supposed to be shipped within 5 days. That will make it over 2 months. Not
happy 😡😡

Order took forever to come only received half of what I ordered and the sizes were super small. There is no refund available either so its a real scam!! Beware!!

Ordered over a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped in spite of me sending several emails . I’m even in the same state! Will file a dispute through PayPal - obviously never ordering from them again.

This is our third time ordering from teejade! We love everything we got from them and are extremely happy with not only the quality of the fabric but their professional printing as well.

I ordered 2 t shirts and a sweatshirt on april 1st. I got a confirmation email saying it would ship between april 8 and 15th. So april 17th i emailed and asked wheres my order? They apologized and refunded shipping cost. Well its now the 24th and status is still the same, 9 days past original latest ship date, and 24 days since i ordered. This is crazy. After I get this order, Im never buying from them again. It doesnt take that long to print shirts.

The team at teejade was easy to work with! Very fast customer service! We ordered toddler shirts for my son 7 days before our event and they were here on time!

worst company to deal with. money comes out of our bank right away. you go to the website and try to track order with the order number you are given and it says you are not in the system. try many different ways they suggest and you still can't get an answer. no shirt money gone. and you can't get a person to help. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. hopefully this gets some action. not holding my breath.

All the positive reviews are from the US but be careful if you are ordering from outside the US because my experience is not the same. I ordered a T shirt for my son's birthday over two weeks ago. Estimates at the time of ordering were dispatch within a week. Currently the website is still showing the T Shirt as not even printed yet let alone dispatched. That for me is just not acceptable and no where on their website is is made clear about just how long the printing process can take. These days you assume when you buy something that it's in stock and ready to ship. They just aren't being open and upfront with printing and dispatch times. So whilst maybe great for US outside of US not so much. I'm in UK and looks like it will be at least one month + to see this arrive.
