I received 1 of my 3 items (after 6 weeks) and it was very poor quality - really tacky product. I have not received the 2 masks I ordered - which is really what I needed - and don't care if I get now or not. I have filed a dispute with Paypal to get my money back. Would definitely not order from this place again. I feel stupid that I got scammed....

Don't order!!!! Two months and no masks. Scam company!!!!

These people are scam artists...they took almost a hundred dollars from me and only sent me two items and the items were NOT custom made at all, they only printed images on material. They claimed that I could not cancel my order for my masks, and when they put up for me to file a claim, they don't have anywhere for you to email them, nor speak to them over the phone. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS COMPANY...

Do not order...This company is a scam. My bank is now investigating this company for fraud.
No real contact with company, replies to emails are "auto-replies" phone calls to customer service only advises "order will be shipped in the next 5days".

Paid them and still have not recieved my mask.
No tracking number no email nothing.

So disappointed for my daughter she was turning 9 and picked a sloth blanket her fav animal, this was back in Feb and still nothing 😔 don't even think there is anything we can do as we live in Australia

Still have not seen my order!!! I will be going to the bank and marking as not received. It has been almost a month.
Update: June 8th, and still nothing. I have gone to the bank now to file a dispute! This company is a fraud!

One month after ordering and it hasn’t shipped. While not custom made the minute you order it says order can not be canceled because it’s custom made. The phone line for customer service asks to dial 1or 2 but then it says option not valid. Their email is fake and gets returned. Even if you pay with PayPal you can’t ask Paypal for a refund. Total fraud.

This so called company has same address as another fraudulent company. Just changed the name a little. Tee89,and teecorn. The same address. Stealing money and no product.

28 days after order and it says they are still processing my order. Unable to cancel order online (refuses to send email, when link clicked) and cannot do it by phone either. Voice mail just refers to cancelling order online. What a shame that they haven't been shut down yet.

I also ordered April 26, 2020. They took out money same day and now it is May 22nd. It will be 21 business days on Monday the 25th, so it looks like no product will be arriving. No for that emails either.

I have chalked it up as a loss. Also seeing multiple complaints leave me to a conclusion of this company being a SCAM.. All I can say is DO NOT order anything from FACEBOOK, those are SCAM ads. I wish I had done research before I bought, let alone give credit card information. I will report it to Facebook. To think they actually were on Amazon.com selling. I found links, but the page was unavailable. No longer in service. Thank God amazon shut them down. Now if we can get Facebook to do the same.

I placed an order April 30. The statement, "your order will be processed After Your Payment is Receive (I did a c.c.) Told 14-21 days! I have filled out Customer Service to Track Order. Same B/S, being processed. Do you have anything? I Don't

I ordered in the beginning of April. Over $100 and end of May I get half my order. I ordered t-shirts and 4 masks. Customer service emailed me to say the masks weren't approved. Well you took my money and you are still trying to sell these on Facebook. Send my masks or my money back. And put a number that we can speak to a person. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

This alleged company is connected to several others. Ordered three mask in April. I have waited 6 weeks for 2 of them and 4.5 for the last one. No maskd. Was told I couldn't get a refund. Customer service is a tape which tells you the same thing every day. Not a live person. Chatted with a guy who calls himself Gary. Claims his company is short staffed and can not give me a date.
After reading similar responses on Facebook, I contacted a consumer advocacy group. This bs can not continue. They have committed theft and fraud. I wanted to support small businesses in the US but was lied to. This company has stolen thousands of dollars. I will not just go away. Send me my masks or compensation and then if were you enjoy the money you stole because I will continue to use my voice to shut you down you dishonest piece of crap. Zero ratings for you

Ordered April 27 said would be here May14th still haven't arrived.

Ordered in April. Said made in the USA . After not receiving the mask i asked for my money back. Was told the couldn't cancel the order once it was in panting. Reported them to Visa now all of a sudden my order has been shipped. From where China. I don't want them since they mislead where they were made.

I ordered a shirt march 20 2020 have not received it. I have emailed to the company 3 times with no reply. This company is a scamming company, do not order from them they do not deliver but take your money and will not be responsible to at least phone or email you back.

I ordered on 4/20, money came out of account that day, after 3 weeks of no masks, I started commenting on their posts. Soon after I received a PM saying masks were shipped to be here May 5-19. Tracked package - it is coming from China. Still no masks. They credited $20 back to me but they still hold $45 of my money. 2 days ago received an email that says trouble in manufacturer and would be delayed. Has it shipped or hasn't it - this is BS

I ordered a face mask on 4/26, but still have not received it. I did get a response from customer 'service', but all they did was blame the virus. They are in Colorado, so it shouldn't take that long to fulfill an order.

This sounds like another company I did business with, Fully Stitched, maybe this is another name / company related to FS. Ordered tumblers, they charged me & never received.
