I have purchased from this brand for years. I recently noticed a devloping rip on the front seat inseam of Courdroy drawsting waistband pants I'd bought 2 years ago, I believe. I wore them rarely because they were expensive and bright pink, so I took care to wash and store them properly every time. Once I reached out to customer support about this, because I have never experienced this with coudroy pants, they stated that happens sometimes. Again, I have never experienced this with coudroy before, the material itself is coming apart where the seam connects them together. The seam is fine and holding still, but the actual coudroy material is coming apart. They stated that I should take it to a seamstress or tailor because they do not provide warrenties on their products.
I am deeply disappointed by this because I do love the designs from the compay and the family who established it. I bought from them to support them specifically. The qualitiy of their hoodies and shirts is just fine and I have not experienced similar issues. But the pants have a definite issue. I hope this is resolved soon, or at least addressed properly in the future by customer support because it is not a common issue for the material itself to come apart after few wears and utmost care to the garment.

Teddy Fresh is one of the most overrated, overpriced brands I’ve ever wasted money on. The quality is absolutely awful, cheap materials, lazy designs, and terrible durability. After just a couple of washes, the colors faded, the stitching started falling apart, and it became clear that this brand is nothing more than a cash grab. It’s no better than low-end fast fashion, but they have the audacity to charge luxury prices for it.

The worst part is the company itself. The owners, Ethan and Hila Klein, clearly have no real passion for fashion. They just slap their name on overpriced, poorly made clothing and expect people to buy it because of their internet fame. Their whole brand feels like a scam, preying on their fanbase while pretending to be some high-end streetwear company.

Customer service is a joke too. They take forever to respond, and when they do, they’re completely unhelpful. They refuse to take responsibility for their defective products and act like they’re doing you a favor just by replying.

Teddy Fresh is a complete waste of money, built on hype and nothing else. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere, because this brand is nothing but a rip-off.

Amazing brand! I belive the hate it get here newly comes from a place of anti semitism.

I am always happy with the design and quality when I order from Teddy Fresh. It’s refreshing to find these amazing pieces. I had an issue with the shipping and I have never had a faster and smoother interaction with their customer service.

Such a unique brand! The designs are amazing and quality is fantastic. My first shirts and hats I got from them many years ago still look new (which I can’t say about other brands). Shame they’re getting review-bombed because of mislead and hateful people online about the show.

Teddy Fresh is my favorite clothing company. I feel so comfortable and confident in their clothing and always look forward to each new release.

Teddy fresh is amazing quality, everything I own from here I have been shocked at how much better quality it is compared to high street stuff. It’s on par with supreme and the like. Snarkerz have obviously taken over here most of the bad reviews seem dishonest as you cannot argue the quality of the clothes. They use shopify and in the ten orders I have made I’ve never lost or not been able to track my shipment from the wear-house to my door, not sure how this can be a scam. People are crazy

Ordered some T-shirts from the UK and it came quickly and was lovely, such nice quality and love the designs!

Zero is what should be given. I asked TeddyFresh if they would be using Canada Post for delivering to Canada as the strike had started up just before deciding to place an order. They said they use USPS. They never said USPS ships to Canada Post and that because I selected standard shipment it will go to Canada Post. I ordered the product November 29,2024. Today is January 7,2025 and there is not even movement from USPS on shipping the order to Canada. I have demanded a refund and God forbid you respond to the email from them because it goes down the queue for customer service to respond. They won't give me a refund and this was a christmas gift. All other retailers I purchased from (and I purchased from UK, China, US, South America and Canada) all re-worked their courier services to ensure I would get my order before Christmas. This is 100% unacceptable.

I have just donated everything - my original colour block hoodie, my I Love You Mom hoodie, my Looney Tunes pinafore, my 2 I Need A Hug mock necks, pompom beanie, and thrown out my colour block socks. I will not be complicit in supporting zionism in any way, shape, or form - and it is very unfortunate the choice of words both the owner of this brand and her husband have chosen in recent times, very clearly supporting Israel in perpetrating the genocide of the people of Gaza - but I will say that the clothing is obscenely overpriced and absolutely NOT WORTH THE COST. Across several orders to Australia (shipping is very expensive) they advised AFTER SHIPMENT that multiple items were out of stock. The worst item was the pink beanie with pompoms on it. Very poor quality. The beanie warped immediately. The corduroy pinafore was really disappointing. Very thin and lightweight. Again, very poor quality. The corduroy started balding almost immediately upon wear and faded A LOT with first wash. The elastic in the socks was cheap and warped. All 3 hoodies shrank and 2 were not colourfast. The brand also has a history of stealing people's designs which you can easily verify along with my other comments with a quick google search.

I think the creators are so talented and the products I ordered are great quality!

Thank you so much for doing a sale. I think you are absolutely justified in your regular pricing but offering discounts really does help me buy something that I have had my eye on for a while that I just couldn't justify purchasing at the time.

I really want to stress how important it was to me to find out the plastic packaging is recycled and recyclable. It does make a difference!
I was also beyond excited to find some little stickers with my order. Made my day and I will be a returning customer. I just wanted to let the company know that they are doing it right in my eyes!

Don’t recommend their products

Absolute waste of money, stolen styles, extremely cheap fabrics and overpriced. Avoid at all cost.

I’ve been putting off making a review as I’ve watched H3H3 for like 10 years and I love you guys!! and every other order i’ve made with Teddy Fresh in the past has been amazing quality and beautiful clothing!
BUT my last order was over $600AUD for only 5 items and only two of them were good quality, the others feel like they’ve come from shein or temu honestly and i’m really sad about it :(
I was just really disappointed this time and probably won’t be ordering from you guys again as it is extremely expensive to get to Australia and the quality is just not there anymore. I don’t think you guys would want this as a reflection of your work, so just wanted to let you know that some of your items feel cheap and just used bad materials! Time to go back to the old manufacturers!

Disappointed with Teddy Fresh. The fabric pilled after one wash, and the sizing was inconsistent. Expected better quality for the price.

I've purchased several items over the years and the quality varies widely. Only 2 of the 8 items turned out to be worth the price. Due to the inconsistent quality and lack of supply chain transparency, I no longer purchase from this company.

1. Long Sleeve Cotton T - 9/10
- quality seams with good condition fabric - the colors on the screen print are still vibrant

2. Long Sleeve Pointelle T - 6.5/10
- decent seams and decent fabric, but the screen print faded very quickly

3. Gingham Overalls - 1/10
- very poorly patterned/constructed; could not wear

4. Pom Pom Dress -10/10
- great stitches & great fabric; love this dress - no complaints!

5. Multicolor Charm Necklace - 0/10
- all the enamel flaked off after wearing it twice - it was a complete waste of money

6. Cotton Tank - 6/10
- decent fabric but the seams are mid-grade and the patch poorly sewed down

7. Cotton Shorts - 0/10
- seams burst and fabric shredded into literal pieces after one wear

8. Cotton Sweats - 6/10
- fabric is high quality but the seams didn't hold up to it and stretched quite a bit after a few wears

I will begin with stating how much I love Teddy Fresh products when it comes to design, comfort, company standards, service and worth.

Between personally buying my own items, receiving products as gifts, and buying items to gift to others; my partner and I have purchased between 20-25 different items.

However, there are a few things that I was originally not going to even point out, but continue to have some issues with over time and feel is important to state. I have a list of some of these items below as "cons" to the products.

Pros:
- Design! The design elements when it comes to TF clothing are amazing! I love the unique designs over the years, and have been loving the different collaboration drops (Yurie Sekiya, Marvel, Magic the Gathering). I have been able to find so many unique design choices that have sparked many conversations, allowed me to express some unique personality, and embrace new clothing elements I have not prior.

- Comfort! The different clothing sets vary in material and I love most if not all the material choices. I have several of the sweat pants and sweat shorts that are literally hugs for my legs and thighs. The shirts as well are just nice cotton and comfortable to wear. The bear hoody is also like getting a giant hug of comfort and brings a smile to my face.

-Worth! We all know TF clothing is not cheap most of the time (there are WONDEFUL sales often though), but I know that when you spend money for something of this quality design, comfort, and great material that it is worth every penny in most cases.

-Extras! Love that the clothing items come with Teddy Bear stickers on the label cards and have gotten stickers with certain drops.

Cons:
- Wear and Tear! I received two pairs of the sweat shirts and within 4-5 months of normal wear (a few times a month), and some washing/drying cycles, they are ripping at the seams, pockets are ripped at the corner and look like they are years old. I have since bought replacements and only airdry to help alleviate, but is very disappointing that they are almost unwearable in public after having them for so little time.

- Some of the older shirts I was gifted, also have very fast deterioration of the neckline/head opening. The one purple tie dye I have, the neck became stretched out within 1-2 months, and even though I have a big head, it is not so huge that it should be doing this with the shirts so quickly as I own many shirts where this never happens.

- Sizing! The sizes drastically vary between drops, which I can understand with such specific/unique drops this may be hard to regulate. However, as a larger person, a 3XL is needed. Some shirts have fit me perfect, where some fit so small that I am unable to really wear without discomfort and raising above my belly. The Doctor Strange zip up is an example of one that when I zip up becomes so tight. Several T-Shirts throughout the years have just been too small and do not fit like all other standard 3XL shirts I own. Again, some are perfect and fit very comfortably even as a large bodied male, but the inconsistency is real.

-Amount of 3XL! The minimal amount of 3XL even available is also a compounding issue. We go out of our way to purchase before they sell out and spending a good amount of money, it is very sad when the size and fit are not consistent so often. This is even more so with the women sizes, as my partner is larger as well and we are often left in the dust within minutes for larger dress and sweaters when they get released.

All in all, I came here to just speak of my experiences. I urge anyone interested in the TF clothing line to go ahead and do so! I wanted to maybe shed some light on some of the cons I pointed out for anyone at the company who reads these and/or a potential buyer to review, as well as shine light on where TF really excels!
