Just made my purchase. I have not received the item yet, but my review is for the great Customer support I received from Glory Smith. She went out of her way, doing an extra step of reaching out and following through, explaining a lot of details, making such accommodations possible. Very nice and helpful. Just waiting for the item to arrive. Cant wait!

Beautiful leather fabulous color and there’s tons of room in this purse. I have many Blakes and they are fabulous..

This purse is absolutely fantastic for the price. The leather is smooth, shiny and jet black. The microfiber suede lining is a stunning red. I also appreciate the adjustable cross strap. It really is stunning. The only suggestion I have is to add feet to preserve the bottom of the bag and protect the corners

Better than I expected! It was my first time purchasing a a Teddy Blake bag and I have to admit it is a beautiful bag. The quality is 10 out of 10. The style and functionality is so impressive.

I LOVE ❤️ LOVE ❤️ LOVE ❤️ this bag and Teddy Blake. All of their bags are gorgeous, but this is my favorite so far. The 14” size is fantastic, the burgundy color is simply elegant and is spot on for the season, plus it’s incredibly versatile, as it goes with absolutely everything. The embossed leather is beautiful, the quality of all the materials, hardware and workmanship are excellent, as is the value. I’m a discerning customer with high expectations and I’ve never been disappointed in anything about Teddy Blake. I appreciate the terrific customer service, as well as, the lightening FAST shipping. My problem is that I want more bags in other colors in the same size and leather. Bottom line;Teddy Blake is an impressive company, producing high quality products at reasonable price points.

I had a great experience with Caroline from customer service! A bag I had been wanting went on sale and I was so excited that I ordered it right away, but forgot I had a coupon code. I reached out to them over the weekend and had a response within 12 hours letting me know they had taken care of it and I would be refunded the coupon amount. This response was on Sunday morning, outside of their normal customer service hours! I was very relieved!

I’ve been eyeing these bags for a while now. The prices are a bit out of my range, but with discount and proper planning I purchased 2 bag. I can honestly say I am in love. They are cute and luxurious at the same time. Quality is perfection.

I purchased the Ava 9” Light Beige handbag in June 2025 (Order ID 114233). The bag looked beautiful online but when it arrived, I was shocked by the craftsmanship: parts of the leather sealing had already come off, exposing the raw leather underneath. For a bag costing over $500, this kind of defect was completely unacceptable.

I immediately wrote to customer service, sent photos, and explained that I was about to travel abroad for an extended business trip. I asked for an exchange and even mentioned that international returns would be very costly due to customs fees. I offered to keep the bag untouched and unused until I returned at the end of summer.

Despite all this, customer service refused to help. They insisted I must return the bag only within the short return window and only from the country of purchase (USA). If I shipped from another country, the return shipping would cost me almost half the bag’s value — which made no sense, especially since the company itself ships internationally for free. Even when I escalated my request to the CEO, I received no solution.

Now I am left with a defective $500 bag that I cannot use. If this were YSL or Gucci, I could walk into any store worldwide and they would resolve the issue immediately. Teddy Blake wants to position itself as a premium brand, but their after-sales service is nowhere near premium. Once they have your money, you are left alone.

I want to warn future buyers: the bags may look nice online, but the service behind them is rigid, unhelpful, and not customer-oriented. My regret is that I trusted this company.

I will be in the US this September, the bag is still untouched and unused, and I am only asking for an exchange to replace a bag that has quality issues. If Teddy Blake truly cares about their brand reputation, this should be an opportunity to make things right. Otherwise, this experience has proven that they do not stand behind their products.

Imagine spending $500 on a purse for it to break after 2 days of use. Well, that’s what happened to me. I contacted them and I hope they make it right.

My bag is beautiful! Is is the perfect color yellow that I wanted. It is very well made and it smells so good! Love it, will be back for more!

Love it! It is my third Ava 9” bag. It is so high quality and versatile - I use it from walking around during the day on trips or weekends or also when I going out at night. Very well made, with an elegant design.

I have bought labels very high end for many, many years.
I recently decided that labels do not label me. So therefore I decided to research the best quality. No label handbags.
I ordered two teddy blake handbags and all I can say is they are fantastic. The quality of the leather, the suede inside the bag. The overall shaped is outstanding.I'm totally impressed.
I also have to mention the overall styles of these bags are so beyond classics. I bought two tote bags, one in gray and one in blue jean blue.
I wore the gray one yesterday, and I felt like a million dollars.

I have to say Teddy Blake have the most beautiful bags out there… and it happens to be very affordable… I been stalking them for years before I pulled the trigger, but I took a chance during a great sale event, and I am very very satisfied with there product. Now I have 4 Teddy Blake bags and one of them I got for free.. from an anniversary promotion, If you purchase a bag over $500 you will get a mystery bag… I was shocked when I received a Guila..
