This is our 3rd purchase from Tech Sofa, ( previously had series 1 then series. 7 ) now due to downsizing 2x 2 seater series 6 sofas, though these don’t have some of the features of the previous models, I didn’t really have the room to accommodate anything bigger, they are very good, with all the normal recliner features, along with both usb a and c charging points, if anything they feel more padded and comfortable than my previous models.

Apart from we like the designs and features, the ordering and delivery process takes the hassle out of going to a store, being hassled by a salesman, then waiting months for delivery.

With Tech Sofa you pay them, you then get a phone call offering a delivery date, I have not waited longer than 2 weeks for delivery from time of ordering,the delivery arrives and they are assembled as described, all the rubbish is taken away with them.

A very easy company to deal with,I personally recommend using this company.

Back in August 2025 we moved house and decided we needed a new sofa suite to cater for movie nights and also entertaining. After a thorough search online, we settled on the techsofa series 1 range and opted for a 3 seater and two 1 seater power recliners.

The whole process from purchase to delivery went very smoothly and the customer service representatives i dealt with were fantastic. There was a short delay on delivery but nothing to bad.

The sofas themselves are lush, they look great and feel even better. I would definitely recommend the company and the sofas to others.

Ordered my sofa. The communication updates were good. The delivery was seamless. Sofa unpacked. Tested the electrics. Took packaging away. Very happy with the quality and aftercare.

I was looking for a recliner sofa and chair. I was recommended techsofa and wasnt disappointed in what they had to offer. Once I sorted what I wanted, I ordered and it was delivered promptly. The delivery team were great. Stayed in touch all day and gave another call when they were half an hour away.
Overall, a very professional service and great products. A very happy customer.

We had an excellent service from tech sofa, the gentleman that delivered our sofas were friendly explain how the sofa work.
As for the sofa it is lush comfy tech to max music sounds good coming from the speakers that you Bluetooth music to.
Over all we have had an excellent service from start to finish of buying our new sofas.

Clear communication, quick delivery when I needed it, love the quality of the sofa itself and a lovely courtesy call after delivery to make sure everything was good & no issues had arisen

The sofa has more comfort than what I was expecting. Excellent comfort and design. I love it

The sofa itself is lovely and good quality. White glove delivery let the whole experience down. I had measured and ensured the sofa would fit in. Delivery men refused to try back door saying it was too steep. I understand it is not an official access point but it is the way most deliveries come into the house as it is straight rather than negotiating bends. They tried only once at the front and said it wouldn’t fit and that it was too heavy. Surely if too heavy they should have the appropriate lifting equipment. They never put much effort in and just said it wouldn’t fit. I eventually told them to leave it. Fortunately it was dry and my sofa remained on the pavement until my 2 brothers came and took it inside. Also the following day a charity came to uplift my old sofa which was bigger and were in and out in 10 mins having taken it out the back and loaded into their van without any issues. My sister had planned on buying 2 of these sofas after Christmas but will now go elsewhere due to the delivery problems I encountered. I would like to point out that the driver was less helpful than the assistant. He at least tried to come up with a solution.

Quality of corner sofa is impeccable. Excellent value for money. Delivery service was fantastic and so professional. They put it together, tested it and took away packaging . Slight problem with electric on the recliner which techsofa sorted immediately and sent out a technician. Techsofa were so efficient, and extremely helpful.. I’m amazed at how quick I received the corner sofa.. ordered on Sunday morning a delivered before 9am on the Thursday . So pleased it was before Xmas. Thank you techsofa .. will definitely use you again and be letting friends know about your good service and quality sofas

I ordered the Essentials Nine manual reclining sofa from the Tech Sofa website it was delivered within 1 week, delivery drivers were very polite and professional, the sofa is very comfortable, it reclines to lay flat, and has resilient material, great service great sofa

Bought the series 3 corner sofa on the Wednesday night. Delivered by Sunday morning with updates from the delivery fellas regarding timings, sofa is lovely, comfortable, handy having the USB ports for charging.. only small issue was the drawers kept falling off the rails every time I used them, I took a bit more time to make sure they were fully lined up and seems to have solved that issue. Very happy customer

The courier they use didn't deliver to our area , so they organised another courier. Everywhere else we tried wouldn't help. So very happy with the quality of sofa and the customer service.

From orderingto delivery was really quick. Had sofa's for a week now, and love them. Delivery men unwrapped them, put them together and took all the wrapping back with them.

Had my eyes on this sofa for over a year (series 2 3 seater) and finally pulled the plug on the order button. Ordered late on a Thursday night, had a call to arrange delivery the next day and was sitting on the sofa the following Tuesday (4 days turnaround when expecting 14 day was brilliant).

Delivery guys were careful, pleasant and actually before the time they stated and called beforehand.

Cannot fault the sofa or service and absolutely loving our new sofa.

Trying to contact tech sofa is impossible my sofa is playing up so I have tried to contact them i have left message they don't respond it's if they no longer trade
So don't buy from them once you have there sofas that's it you are on your own

I've had my sofa for 2 weeks now and still waiting g for a replacement because they sent the wrong corner for my sofa . Always helpful on the phone promising it is getting sorted but then nothing . Always having to chase them x highly disappointing

The only reason you didn't get 5 stars was the transport company let you down. The service from them was way under par, not very friendly at all and in way too much of a rush, infact when 1 of them found out they had to carry it upstairs to my flat, his face told a million stories. They had been orewarned at keast twice if not 3 times before they arrived and it left a sour taste in my mouth. The sofa is brilliant really fantastic quality.
