Richard has been absolutely outstanding in designing our company website. His efficiency, attention to detail, and ability to bring our vision to life have been truly impressive. He worked quickly without compromising on quality, ensuring a seamless and professional final result. Overall Tech alpha pro have produced me a website that I am very happy with, and a professional feel.

We did hit a number of stumbling blocks along the way with timescale, and things not being particularly clear. However, the amount of effort that Richard performed to put this right was exceptional, and I could safely recommend his abilities to someone unsure, as-long as things are clearly laid out of what you are expecting.

Wrote a review earlier this year and deleted it because I was asked to change it to a five star review. The team were very good at the beginning as all I wanted was my site moved from Squarespace to Wordpress. Unfortunately due to lack of communications this took some time to complete and although they transferred the site over there were errors and duplications which I had to correct myself. And no SEO included. My error as I didn’t realise that it wasn’t from my first conversation. The offer to have a monthly charge was too expensive for a one man band. Subsequently I discovered that the original SEO wasn’t moved over to the new site. Again my fault for not realising. Yes, I have got what I asked for but I’d suggest that you clarify what you want and expect before you agree the contract.

Trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional are just a few words to describe the work and sum up what they did for me. I’m really pleased and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.
