It was good!

I have never had such great customer service…
I have never had such great customer service from any company. I made several mistakes ordering etc and the company went above and beyond to fix the issue and even sent a new phone case only charging me shipping. They are incredibly quick to respond and a very generous customer service. I will shop from this store every time....

fraudulent company for phone case
I ordered 3 phone cases and was hoping for delivery by May 27th. However, it's been over 11 days and I haven't received any response from the customer care team or the delivery partner. I am certain that this is a scam and that I won't receive the product for which I paid 2250 rupees.
One of the worst fake companies, they cheated people through social media ads. I don't recommend them to anyone; they are a highly fraudulent company.

Knock off in Apple packaging
I ordered a replacement silicone case for my phone. It came in what looked to be the Apple packaging but it was clearly a knock off. The case itself is fine, it just has slightly more depth and can't fit in my phone stand. I don't have an real issue with the case. I have issues that it was packaged as an Apple product. If they would have packaged under their own brand I would have rated them higher.

Great product, great company!
I was so glad to find the iPhone case I was looking for, and at a better price than others I’d looked at. It is exactly what I wanted, fits perfectly and now my phone is protected well. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but a quick email to customer service gave me an updated status and they followed up to ensure it was received! Great product, great company!

This company sells non-genuine Apple products
This company sells non-genuine Apple products in violation of its “Guidelines for Using Apple Trademarks and Copyrightsterms and conditions” as it displays the Apple logo which can only be used for commercial purposes on genuine products for sale directly from Apple or an authorized reseller. They have admitted by email that their products are not original and after waiting for a solution on their part and four days later without response, they have refunded my order after threatening to make a chargeback with my bank.
The products may be of better or worse quality, better or worse price, but they are not original and that should be specified on their website.
