I purchased an older Mac Computer from Tech Market for £260. The PC works well and was delivered on time. A good machine for the price and I would certainly buy from them again.

I saw an advert for a refurbished Mac computer on el capitan (meaning nothing to me as an OAP!) from Tech Market. As it was not expensive I thought I'd get it for the grandchildren to do their school work on as there is a distinct chance we will be in "Lockdown" again soon which may mean no schooling for a while. Much excitement when it came which did not last long. We logged on (writing the password down so as not to forget it), put some photos in and while chatting about what to do next the computer screen went off, getting the screen back it asked for the password to let us login but, for some reason, our password would not work. Numerous tries were all to no avail. I contacted Tech Market who told me to send it back and they would replace it, their T & C's said, if faulty they would send a return label but, seemingly as we had got in once, it was working when I got it so IT WAS NOT CONSIDERED FAULTY AND IT WAS AT MY COST TO RETURN IT as were obviously not using our original password!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have had a chat with a computer company who have told me as it is a 2009 version which cannot be updated it is considered OBSOLETE and not supported by Apple now so is not much use they also said it would be dangerous if we used it to go on life as not protected with no support. Imagine the disappointment of my grandchildren (and me!!) to be told the computer is basically only fit for the tip. I have learnt an expensive lesson here to research about things like this before trying to buy something such as a computer in future to help the grandchildren with their studies. I would advise people to "look before buying" from Tech Market as it feels like I have been scammed which has left a very nasty taste in my mouth and I will certainly never use this outfit again as, basically, I have bought the proverbial "Pig in a Poke",

If I could leave no stars I would. Bought a refurbished Acer Chromebook from them. Within 1 week the unit failed to switch on. Managed to return it to be sent a poor replacement. The cover was peeling off, screen was badly scratched and just a poor unit. I have contacted them on numerous occassions but don't get any joy from them. I would avoid buying from this company if possible.

Purchased an acer reconditioned chrome laptop from tech market U.K. It arrived very quickly and as my husband would say it’s a little cracker. My neighbour set it up and I was away 4711374324. Would definitely recommend.

I bought a refurbished iMac for my son for Christmas last year. We had a few teething problems trying to get the keyboard to link up, then we couldn’t get the machine to download ANY apps needed for my sons school work or play!! On further investigation, the machine is 11 years old and totally incapable of being used in 2020!! I read their web page and it says under FAQ - “is it safe to buy refurbished product”-“customers have returned products AS THEY ARE INCAPABLE OF USING THE MACHINES!” SERIOUSLY????? More like these machines are totally incapable of being used in 2020!! Needless to say, I’ve emailed countless times-but I’m out of warranty!!!!! I purchased through Wowcher-wonder if they know how corrupt this company really is?? Advertising themselves as “the best tech company for refurbished Apple products”!!! Wonder if Apple are aware of them?!?!? Despicable company, with horrendously patronising customer service team-Ben!!!! Wish I had read reviews on here before purchasing!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

As explained in the many emails to yourselves, the machine had been switched on less than 6 times-to TRY and get it to work-then we got hit with Covid and then lockdown!!! The time still makes no difference!! The machine would still not have worked in 2020, and you have offered no help or service whatsoever!!! I’m no tech wizard, and being a single parent, time is not always on my side. This machine was a total waste of £189 and your customer service skills leave a LOT to be desired!!

Ordered a refurbished HP Chromebook. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Nearly new condition with very little, if any, damage. Very pleased with it and, to date, it seems to work very well for my needs.

Ordered an Acer Chrome. It arrived within the time given for delivery. The condition of the laptop is excellent and is exactly what I wanted.

I would definitely recommend Tech Market to friends and family. (I already have recommended one :) )

I am very pleased with my laptop the condition was good and only a few marks which you could hardly see. Delivery was quick and the packaging was excellent, no chance of any damage. I would recommend a reconditioned laptop.
