My HP tech support person was wonderful
My HP tech support person, Ajay, was wonderful. He was patient with me while we worked together on the problem. It was not a simple problem to fix but he stayed with me for more than 24 hours while we resolved it to my complete satisfaction. THIS is exactly why I keep buying HP products. Thank you Ajay!!!

I am so happy with the service I received today. It was very professional and efficient. I was so concerned that the problem I had could not be fixed and it was. It was fixed quickly and efficiently and I really didn't have to do much just watch the technician do his job. What a great service you have. Thank you so much.
