I loved talking with Tina, she was great in answering all of the questions I had.

Anthony at Wisephone in customer service was phenomenal and gave me a discount on my new Wisephone II!

I had a few issues switching over from a smart phone, I called and Tina walked me through a simple process to make sure that I had done everything correctly. It could not have been easier, and she made everything very clear and finished up within 10-15 minutes.

Tina made our experience great!!! My husband and I are both definitely "techless" as in very minimal technical skill when it comes to mobile devices. Tina very patiently walked us through every step to get our Wisephone set up. She graciously explained everything we did not understand until she was sure we did. She also called back the next day to make sure we were comfortable with the phone's operation. She took time with us again to help us fine tune some settings and make sure we were comfortable with the phone's functions.
We have only used the phone for one day but so far it seems quite straightforward in it's functions and easy to navigate. We appreciate it's simplicity and are looking forward to less time spent on the phone.

I accidentally purchased two WiseOS subscriptions. Anthony got me a refund and made sure I was back to just one. He was friendly and helpful throughout the process. (Despite me having to take another call in the middle of our service call!)

I had a great experience with the customer service representative, Yolani. I had been using the Wisephone for about six months and realized it ultimately wasn’t the right fit for me. Most of my concerns were preference-based and related to the software system not connecting to my car, difficulty reviewing links people sent me or confirming doctor appointments, and occasional issues logging into apps when a browser was needed.

That being said, I still think it’s a great device and software overall for the right person.

I reached out to ask whether I could either return/sell back the phone or wipe it so another family member could use it. Yolani was extremely helpful and explained that the Wisephone software could be removed so I could continue using it as a basic Android phone — even better!

The turnaround time was great, and the phone now works normally.

Amazing device, very excited to get to know all the minimal features. With two days I already feel much freer, like I can use my technology not the other way around! Techless is great just because it's so simple! It wasn't too hard to get used to, as other brands usually are. Having this phone is going to be great because it won't tempt me to stay on it longer than I need to. Thank you for everything!

Yolani is outstanding! She spoke very clearly, did not rush me through tabs, web pages, settings, and tasks. She maintained her poise and patience with me as I navigated through a somewhat complex setup of the service with Julia's phone number from TracPhone.

Love the Wisephone. It has really helped me to have a healthier relationship with technology. Customer since Jan 2025. Since then, there has not been an app I have truly *needed* that Wisephone did not support (think critical ones like work 2FA, apartment gate access, etc. Before they were allowed, these pesky apps were the only thing holding me back from ditching my smartphone and making the switch. This, and support of my mobile carrier US Mobile which is now supported). Thank you for including Spotify and Audible. Nothing is addicting, only enriching. I think they nailed the perfect balance and created the perfect phone. I'm happy to pay the subscription to support a company like Techless that manages all of this, which is no small effort. Yolani provided great customer support when I needed help. Thanks Techless!
