T-De-Esser 2 does a great job of reducing sibilance in a very natural and transparent way. Unlike many de-essers that can make vocals sound dull or overprocessed, this one keeps the top end intact while smoothly controlling harsh "S" sounds. It's easy to dial in and works well for subtle vocal polishing.
That said, the Sharpness control can introduce a bit of saturation or coloration that isn't always easy to manage. While some users may appreciate the extra character, I found it less predictable than using a dedicated saturation plugin. Overall, it's a solid free de-esser with excellent transparency, but the Sharpness feature could be refined for more consistent results.

I really like it. I am beginner producer, needing to de-esser her vocals. I had no idea how to use the plug in, so I just used a preset. It worked great and I am excited to learn how to use it myself to hone in on my specific vocals. Would for sure recommend to a friend

ITs a great plugin, i dont know what you though when you get a freee and i mean FREE saturation plugin that is good nowadays but this has to be the best you can can have and it servers its purpose and they didnt wanna be weird and give us a lite ver but a good full out plugin. unresponsive company purely focused on…
unresponsive company purely focused on trying to upsell recycled plugins that they claim added something new from v1.
every update is paid.
customer service and listening to customers and feature requests might as well be nonexistent.
they just stop replying to mails when confronted with evidence.
M-puncher 2 has more distortion than m-puncher 1 with no option to change that.
Even basic features like overwriting the default preset weren't considered or added and they just stopped replying.
the claims of not adding peaks is just a clipper,
suggestions i had for expanding sustain range (it does less than punch) and soloing were ignored entirely
