Very good service

Product was good and good price. But I do not expect any sort of after sales support or indeed any warranty form them.

Great value registered it with apple no problem.will purchase from them in future.

Arrived fairly quickly, although no notification was given prior the delivery so I found it when I got home. Luckily my landlord was there to receive it.

Purchased a phone from TiTB and was met with a 6-8 week dispatch time. I was able to overlook that as the phone being purchased was at a price point I could not get locally or quickly.
The phone arrived and worked out of the box, as intended. But soon software glitches plagued the phone and I looked to software updates. It very quickly became apparent that this was not a supported version of the OS and could not be updated. The phone slowly became more and more unusable, and I (not very kindly) told Techinthebasket what I thought of their dodgy phone. I was really really surprised with a fast and positive response to return for a refund assessment. I was slow to return, (about 3 weeks) and never saw the phone or my money again. TiTB will not respond to emails or physical letters. Due to the low value of the sale, it's not deemed to be sufficient for a court claim. AusPost show the parcel was delivered and no response from the receiver leaves me in the lurch, can't even get AusPost insurance involved. Lost $1300 on a flagship phone that was an absolute waste of time and money. Buyer beware with this mob, it's cheap for a reason. As long as you are FULLY aware of the implications of what you buy, go ahead.

I checked the price on the internet and this was the best found. The communication with the seller was generally good and the item was received within the specified time. The delivery time was a bit long but for the saving was worth it. Overall happy with the product and service.

The order was received but the item wasn’t what I expected. It had a plain grey back not the colouring shown on the advert/website. I am disappointed that it wasn’t what I expected.

The order was good but it is not new as it was described. It was clearly resealed but it is in good condition and the price was good.
