Like another reviewer, I ordered a television before Christmas which was delayed because of the problems at the Channel ports. TecHHale kept me informed about the situation and offered a refund. I am very happy with the service they provided and would not hesitate to use them again.
Outstanding Customer Service
I ordered a TV from this site just prior to Christmas, the price was better than anywhere else. Communication was excellent, unfortunately through no fault of Techhale the delivery was delayed due to border closures (Covid) and I was notified of the delay and immediately offered a refund. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again in the future. Certainly beats a lot of the big well know companies where it seems impossible to communicate with a human being these days.
