This was the easiest 5 stars I've ever awarded. The delivery was very quick. FedEx delivered right to our door, which, considering there are about 15 stone steps down was amazing. I was initially worried about having to assemble it but when I checked the contents of the 2 boxes everything was there. The chairs were very straightforward. The table was heavier and it would benefit from 2 people but I managed. The only very small suggestion would be if more steps could be included in the instructions as I was worried that a step needed to be done first but all worked out fine. The item is great. The height allows us an even better view of our coastal location. The price was very reasonable compared to other items elsewhere. I would definitely recommend.

Additional washers Needed
When building we had to add additional washers to make fit, screws too long
Metal frame for gas bottle useless as needs more support, no needed to add to that too
Stable top very uneven, so glasses/cups will rock and fall off
Little disappointed, but luckily my husband makes anything work

Fantastic Company
Fantastic Company, bought a Fountain it arrived and whilst putting together l dropped the top part that smashed making the item useless. After a call to Customer Services to buy a new part and an email with pictures they replaced the part all free of charge and arrived within 2 days. Amazing staff and company will definitely buy direct from them again.

El mueble viene con golpes y una parte pintada porque estaba rota y la han pintado de blanco. Está fabricado en China y vino sucio no, lo siguiente. Huele mucho , lo tengo en el baño desde hace una semana y el olor no se va. Al final te lo quedas por no desmontarlo. No lo volvería a comprar.

Very Poor Quality and After Sales Service
Deeply disappointed with the product delivered, garden solar table - looks like it has been battered. Only similarity to the picture is the design - not shiny at all, have since noticed the same review on Amazon from another disappointed customer. Bought from the Range who told me that Teamson would deal direct - emailed them and the replies are sporadic - do I want a replacement - will you check it first before dispatching - no reply? Poor after sales customer service an opportunity to turn a dissatisfied customer round not taken.

There was a bit of a mix up your side in terms of delivery but you put this right.
That said, not with all of the products I ordered. This too was put right days later.
Charlotte Hawthorne was terrific. I was left very impressed with Teamsons.

Quick delivery kept up to date on due date. Disappointed with the strength of the solar light - very poor such a small light for a large product. Basically a metal table for outside - sadly I wouldn’t recommend
