Great product for the garden & bought at a great price

A decent product,although it is supposed to be a bathroom cabinet,i've used it in my kichen with other matching handles,it works well for storing smaller items.

What I like about this item ,it was well packaged,
The drawing was easy to View, and components numbered correctly,
Fixings in a sealed plastic card no chance of missing anything
The cabinet when assembled is sturdy and the grey paint finish is great
The price was very reasonable
Definitely would buy from this company again

The product is nice and the team are quite responsive. I had ordered the wrong shade but was a little disappointed that this item could not be swapped for a different shade, although they offered a refund if i sent back the entire package (which will cost quite a bit in postaging cost). A little more flexibility would have been appreciated.

Incorrect order received. Simple as that. Now need to wait longer to get the product I paid for.

Fast delivery good on quality

If I could give ZERO stars I would! I am absolutely livid with this company! I spent 55 pound on a dolls bed (YES..ypu read that correctly... A DOLLS BED)... using the initiative that pay more ans get a better quality and more longer lasting product. How wrong was I!!! The item arrived already broken I then contacted teamon uk requesting a refund as I was absolutely gob smacked at the price of the item and how rubbish the quality was. I was told they'd send out a replacement 'part'... only the whole thing was falling apart... panels were so-called "glued" however were already falling apart... the wood was immensely cheap. The packaging was SHOCKING. Never order from this place!!! Once you receive your items they don't give a toss.. if it's broken? Yeah they'll send out a replacement part... but the thing is the whole thing was not fit for purpose and completely just broken! My poor 4 year old was heartbroken on Christmas morning and this shambles of a business couldn't care less!! I wouldn't mind if the item cost pennies but it was very expensive for a dolls bed... if I could be bothered I'd be taking this higher up because I am beyond furious more to the fact how upset my daughter is of the matter she cannot play with one of her main christmas presents!

We bought this garden water feature for my stepmum's 80th birthday and she's absolutely delighted with it. I was amazed at how great this item looks and the quality of it. I've seen similar in garden centres at almost 3 times the price, so we were over the moon when we came across this lovely one at this great price.

I received the wrong order and Teamson have had to collect and take it back.

Excellent service, with the item just as described

I bought some garden furniture last year and after one year the powder coating is all flaking off and the metal has rusted badly. I have emailed customer services several times with no response, and have also tried calling on several occasions each time sitting on hold for over 2 hours. They are literally impossible to contact. In summary, poor quality product and absolutely zero customer service. Very disappointing, I would certainly avoid this company.

I purchased a bathroom cabinet from these people and it arrived with scuffed panels and a mirrored door with saw cuts in the wooden frame. I immediately phoned and supplied photographs to prove my complaint but had to wait days for them to decide it was indeed an issue and worthy of a new item, which arrived in the same condition. I repeated the telephone call and emailed evidence and after several more days was told that this was the intended design of the cabinet - which is utter nonsense as their sales pictures did not include any such 'features' (and why would they - it's a manufacturing error that no one would want to look at!). The slow and dismissively toned customer service was the final straw for me ... I would suggest that you look elsewhere for your items as this was a shockingly bad experience.

Can’t get in touch rang for over a hour for last 4 days!!! Ordered a water feature on Wednesday 25th September… 3-5 working days to be delivered still not even been dispatched at this point no communication and impossible to get hold of avoid at all costs !!!

I have not received my order and I emailed use and I got no response can use let me know where my order is.
