Ich habe beide Brunnen erhalten. Einen (den größeren mit Steinschalen) hatte ich bei OBI bestellt, den kleineren (mit Krügen) direkt bei Ihnen. Beide machen einen soliden Eindruck. Der kleinere Brunnen hat einen schönen Überlauf und plätschert, während der größere nur einen dünnen Strahl abgibt. Die Abdeckungen für die Kabel auf der Rückseite fehlen, obwohl sie im Werbevideo zu sehen sind. Ein weiteres, und das ist ein großes Problem, ist, dass man den Brunnen nicht vollständig entleeren kann (es gibt keinen Abflussstopfen). Das ist besonders im Winter problematisch, da der Brunnen draußen auf der Terrasse steht und Eis ihn beschädigen könnte.

Purchased a water fountain back in 2022, come 2023 it wasn’t working so contacted teamson who offered some advice to which I replied it still wasn’t working, to which I received no reply. Contacted them again in 2025, still nothing. Contacted them again in 2026 to which I was told it was no longer covered by warranty. I told them I had contacted them in 2023 before the year warranty expired to which they conveniently said they never received message. I sent screenshots as proof I’d messaged but apparently this still wasn’t good enough. They have now decided to stop replying to my emails once again. Absolutely disgusting “customer service” will never purchase another teamson item

I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my order with no updates. I’ve tried calling and sending emails without any response.

The lower cross piece was found to be damaged on arrival. Teamson dealt with this by sending a complete new unit. I put both of them together; however, the doors on neither met in the middle – a gap of 5 mm; the holes for the dowels were too big, so the ends of the cross pieces flexed. The lower cross piece at the front, which was not secured by a screw, kept twisting. Despite the pre-drilled holes for the hinges, the doors were not level and would not hang straight on one of the cabinets. The other was fine. Only the upper cross piece had a magnetic catch that allowed the doors to close evenly at the top. There was a gap between the left hand side back panel and the side and base of one cabinet, but fortunately, not the other.

The second unit I was sent now came in useful. By replacing the lower cross piece of the first with the upper cross piece of the second, and fitting the metal contacts from the second set of doors to the bottom of the first set, I could now close the doors evenly top and bottom. I filled the gap between the doors by gluing in a strip of painted wood. There were only two screw fixings for the finished cabinet and the screws supplied were not long enough. In my opinion, longer screws and four fixing points would have been more robust.

All in all, I found this to be an ill-conceived and ill-manufactured piece of furniture. Unless you manage to get hold of two of them and are prepared to spend some time on DIY, I would not recommend buying it.

Die Qualität der Lampen ist sehr gut, deshalb auch keine 1 Stern Bewertung. Ich habe zwei Lampen bestellt eine davon hat mir nicht gefallen. zuerst musste ich ca. 5-8 Nachrichten schreiben, bis ich überhaupt einen Retourenschein bekomme. Ich musste quasi betteln. 10 Tage nachdem der Eingang der Retour bestätigt wurde habe ich mal nach meinem Geld gefragt. Hier hieß es 7 Tage Bearbeitungszeit...10Tage nachdem die Lampe zurück war. gut 2 Wochen nach meiner letzten Nachricht war immer noch kein Geld auf dem Konto. Ich musst erst mit einer schlechten Bewertung und rechtlichen Schritten drohen. Keine 2 Stunden nach dieser Nachricht habe ich eine Antwort bekommen und am selben Tag mein Geld. Ich frag mich warum ich erst drohen muss, damit ich mein Geld zurück bekomm.

Excellent service, prompt, well packaged delivery, exactly what we wanted and at a great price. What more could you ask for!

Las instrucciones no son claras, no llevan dibujos explicativos, no están en español. NO sé qué partes del cableado pueden sumergirse en el agua.

El mueble es de calidad y muy bonito. Solo una pega:el agujero grande donde se rosca a otra pieza para sujetar las piezas viene con defectos y me costó muchísimo teniendo que ir desenroscando hasta acertar

Ordered direct from Teamson, just a little corner cabinet. Was kept informed throughout the process and the cabinet was on my house within 48 hours of order. The cabinet went together with ease following the detailed instructions and the quality is very very good. I'm delighted, thank you teamwork I will return.
