Purchased a fully restored classic Honda from this dealer 200 miles away from me so bike was bought based on the description, spec. pictures and a video of the engine starting and running. The purchase was to include a full PDI check over, service and new MOT, plus delivery to me on the south coast. On delivery the seat was found to be hanging off due to missing bolts, also the MOT was not provided as had not been done. Engine to frame bolt was missing causing fibration. When no MOT raised told the bike is classed as historic so MOT not needed (I had specifically requested this to ensure the bike was roadworthy). A few days later found the speedometer was faulty and the neutral gearbox switch. It was obvious the bike had not been checked over at all or serviced and no PDI. After complaining and requested bike collection and full refund I was offered £750 to replace the faulty parts as they would not be collecting the bike. Reluctantly accepted as I then knew I had been conned. Then to make it worse, a few weeks later found the bike kept jumping out of second gear, so to cap it all there were now also major engine problems which cost me £1500 to fix. When TR notified they were not interested. So much for their fully restored bike description and for a bike that only looked good, but under the surface was not worth the high price I paid for it.
Cannot recommend this dealer for honest bike descriptions, nor carrying out agreed service and MOT and very poor customer service. Would not buy a used bike from them.

Just been delivered my new to me fantastic condition BMW. Paul has been a joy to deal with. He has kept me informed on delivery which was a little later than originally scheduled due to sad circumstances out of his control. Paul is a credit to his trade and a true gentleman. Thank you all at Team Roberts.

Had quite afew bikes from Paul over the years always goes above and beyond to help out. Nothings any trouble. Would certainly recommend to anyone.

honestly the worst place I have dealt with. no communication what so ever, keep being palmed off about a bike I wanted to but, im literally here with cash wanting to purchase and they treat me like this. absolute joke and they do not care at all obviously

I bought a motorbike from the Doncaster branch. Was told it had a service just before it was sent to me.
On inspection, the air filter box was seized closed , therefore the sparkplugs and filter were not even looked at ?! So the It hadn't had a service, so the log book was falsified by Team Roberts.
This is dishonest and dangerous from a large Triumph company ?!
I have asked if they would pay for a service im having to do this week. They have not bothered to reply to my request.

I only gave them 1 star as Oliver is a great lad but after meeting him & purchasing a used bike from Team Roberts it all went down hill. If it wasn't for him they would have gotten zero if that was possible. The bike came with a 3 month warranty which we thought was great as it was for my 16 year old lad for him to get to his apprenticeship. Within a few days it had a starting problem so took it straight back & they had it at their Denaby workshop for 5 days only to tell me it's started everytime for them. We thought OK maybe it was a one off, oh no the next day exactly the same didn't start so took it back again to Denaby & 5 days later said the same it always started for them which sent the alarm bells ringing as no investigation work was carried out. All in all at that time we had the bike 6 weeks & it was at their workshop for 4 weeks & everytime they said the same rubbish, clearly didn't want to rectify the problem. We was promised by the service manager they would strip & clean the carb & replace the plug & they did nothing so after my lad breaking down at Stocksbridge because of the starting problem & again they said the same it started every time I said enoughs enough. I took it to another bike repairer & after half hour they immediately found what the problem was. So take it from me, Olivers great but from our experience if you expect after service & for them to honour the warranty after you've parted with your hard earned cash then don't buy a second hand bike from these

The absolute worst.
Team Robert’s sold my husband a Tiger which broke down within the first few trips. As we live quite far from Team Robert’s, we took it to a local dealer who was appalled at the state of the bikes condition and safety. Team Robert’s had FALSIFIED the service before shipping the bike to my husband as it was clear from the video footage from the decent local Triumph dealer that the work had not been done.

The repairs cost over £1200 but all items should have been covered by Triumph warranty and picked up before sold, with a complete service, to my husband.

We have repeatedly contacted Team Robert’s to resolve this with no success and have been completely ignored. Triumph UK were also utterly useless and did nothing to help us resolve the situation.
As such we are now pursuing Triumph Team Robert’s for a fraudulent sale of a bike that had not been sold as specified.

Avoid these scammers at all costs.

Just had my 2nd new bike delivered. Excellent service from Paul and Chris, nothing too much trouble. Always feel a valued customer..

Brought a lovely CBR600F in all original condition runs like a dream and for a 18 year old bike I couldn’t of asked for anything better.
All the team we’re really friendly and helpful.

First visit to Team Roberts, May 2022 and not my last, was there for a 6000 miles service and the staff made my experience very pleasant and stress free.
A bonus having a snack bar on site, so had to be done bite to while waiting for bike to be done, massive thank you to all the staff and being seeing you all soon for upgrades.

Professional and fast service. purchased a used Honda from them back in January 22 and it was a very quick and seamless process. Bike was delivered to me in Surrey on the agreed date, with no fuss or delay.

I went in a couple of days ago for a look at something a little different to the usual Japanese sports bikes I'd had in the past and spoke to Paul about a gorgeous special edition Bonneville that they had in stock. Super chatty and honest from the off and gave me a great trade in on my Vespa.

Fast forward to today and an unexpected phone call saying my bike was ready and they'd deliver it that same day. Great delivery guys who took great care with my new bike....paperwork signed and away in less than 15 mins.

Absolutely faultless service from start to finish and at no point did I ever feel I was pressured in to actually doing a deal whilst we chatted over a few cups of coffee. Thanks guys it's 5* from me. ATB Andy

"Don't go to a triumph dealer, they will have your pants down" was the advice I was given from the Internet. The Internet couldn't have been more wrong

Team Roberts went above and beyond to get my bike sorted and minimal cost! These guys are the best garage I have been to in my life. They are friendly, knowledgeable and such a bargain.

They managed to pick my bike up from 20 miles away, fix it for me and deliver it back for £100. A task other garages had failed to do.

I feel both Phil and Derek knew my bike inside and out, providing excellent service and support. They even did some work on my main fuse set for free to prevent a common problem!

Superb service by Team Robert's. Misfuelled (Doh!) my Street Triple RS. Dropped it off with zero notice straight from recovery, Shop was very busy but I was amazed they turned it around in just two days with a service! Also the cost was very reasonable, was expecting way more.
I've had Japanese bikes for 40 years and this was first dealings with them for service. Faultless experience with friendly knowledgeable staff.

Excellent service. Another garage messed up my Speed Triple. Team Roberts picked it up sorted all problems as well as other wiring issues. Can’t recommend enough.
