No follow up on my order

No follow up on my order, they WILL NOT answer the phone and have not responded to my emails. I'm disputing my credit card charge and never buying from this store again.

Buyer Beware

The items I ordered 9 days ago have not come in. It's been 9 days and I still have not received an email informing me the items have been shipped. I've emailed customer support only to receive a response that they have received an increase in messages and they will respond to me later. I've called their telephone number (during their stated business hours) only to be told by an automated system "no customer support representatives are available to take your call...please call back later".

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 items and paid for 2nd day air. I received one item in 2 days. The other item is still not here after 10 business days. I emailed customer service and they replied saying it takes 5 to 7 days before it will ship. 2 days later I called and a lady from customer service talked in circles and said that she did not know where it was at and that now it takes 7 to 10 business days to ship. I will be calling Monday morning to get a refund. I have ordered many items from other companies and every time I have paid for 2nd day air, that is what I get, my order delivered in 2 days. This is the first and last time I buy anything from team express. Prices were average but service is terrible. I needed the jacket for a high school playoff game, thanks for nothing team express.

Great products & prices

Prices are great and the product quality is excellent. Great variety of sports, styles and brands to elect from. Good customer service and communication.

Great deals to be found

Great deals to be found, customer service could be a little more responsive as I wanted to change an order and simply no one picked up the phone and by the time my email was responded to it was too late.

Team Express Baseball pants

My son loves the Team Express baseball pants that I purchased for him. He prefers the Knicker pants over the long pants. They are really good for these extremely hot days here in southern Cali.
