Had a little issue with the payment and emailed about it. Owner emailed back personally, very quickly and could not have been more helpful. The item i ordered also arrived within a couple of days and was an unbelievably good deal. Customer for life I reckon.

This company is a RARE GEM. I cannot remember the last time I have had such amazing customer service. Last night Royal Mail messedup with my parcel, upsetting as it was for my husbands birthday and I have just been scared they will sell out of that pokemon set! Not the best or easiest to contact Royal Mail, but Casper at TCG was just so amazing. He replied quickly, super kind, supportive and understanding, everything I told him he relayed back to Royal Mail and kept me updated. It is a bad sign when I can't remember the last time a company had been this nice and helpful to me. With missing parcels usually the problem becomes the purchaser but Casper just took the weight off my shoulders, they gave me a full refund and also when I ordered again they put the parcel to be signed for. I am just so thankful, money is scarce sometimes and I was upset and worried, and its just so amazing when a company isn't just trying to squeeze every penny and TCG actually care. Huge thanks, I am looking forward to watching my partner open some packs, I will definitely be ordering more for myself!!
