Swift delivery, card arrived in immaculate condition.

No complaints.

Made numerous purchases through the web site at the start… all went down hill very quickly when the owner, Damo, would smoke around products on stream. He would lie about having products so customers ordered would be delayed or not turn up at all. Subscription packs sent were always the same on the monthly packs, was supposed to be random. I agreed a trade with the owner and it took months to get what I was owed after been told I would get it… never did. Heard this happened to loads of people and people he knew too. Since that I’ve seen nothing but bad reviews on Facebook and owner apparently stole from a charity and ended up paying back when caught out. I’ve read all the reviews, the only good ones are from the owners inner circle of friends and then questions all the bad reviews saying they are not real or are fake and says there is not an order for that person. Please avoid this person/business at all costs.

Ordered a decent amount of stock from there website, still haven't had a reply yet if and when it's going to come and when.

It's a pre order item, but hvnt had any communication from them to confirm stock and estimated time.

Avoid at all costs! Absolutely shocking company. Go take a look at their Facebook page - reviews turned off. Comments turned off. All for a reason - they know people will leave terrible reviews. Ordered some shining fates a while ago, the owner bragging on Facebook about how he could get stock no one else can. Was supposed to come in December but he ordered it from Israel and got “scammed”. By March I still had nothing. There was no place on the website to contact them. Had to do it all through Facebook. Basically had to beg for a refund through Facebook messenger. Not long after, they did a charity event for a kids charity where he essentially stole money from the charity hoping no one would notice. Also the admins (one being Stephanie Lennon who has conveniently left a 5* review below) asked to be paid £10 an hour to do a charity stream?! Madness. Shadiest company you’ll ever deal with. Multiple posts on other Facebook pages of people who’ve never received product or refunds. Also he does Facebook live streams where he smokes whilst opening cards that are being sent to people. Eek.

Purchased many products from stream & site! Received all orders, at first some stream items had taken longer to arrive than expected however received 2/3 of my evolving skies order on the day of release and the last third of the order a few days later! Also got lucky enough to win an eevee hero’s Vmax box on stream and got it in hand the other day without an issue!
I personally feel like when I initially joined there were some major issues, but from the experiences I’ve had over the last few weeks they seem to be working hard on improving which is exciting for a site with such potential!

You can't trust any positive feedback left for this company. I've heard so much within the gaming community and this one pretty much buys reviews by promising to give things away to one lucky individual.

I had spent quite a bit of money with this company on the shining fates stuff and none of it ever turned up. I kept being told just wait 2 weeks, 1 week more, 1 week more. I contacted on their messenger until they blocked me when when asked for refund.

SERIOUSLY DON'T BUY INTO THIS CRAP. THEY SCAM AND TRY N RUN. fortunately my bank investigated and I was able to get my money back only because I documented and kept a trail and screenshot messages.

If something seems too good to be true... STAY AWAY!

I've had a few issues with TCG Cards in the past, and would've rated them a 1/2 back then, but if this review takes into account the past 4-5 months, I've had a 5-star service and they have improved a lot. Quite a lot of the negative reviews and haters have experienced what it was like 7-8+ months ago, and have not revisited. Their are a few things that can be improved which everyone would agree on, but the value for items and the kindness of the staff members is top notch. Thanks guys!

This company usually has really good deals, but the way they run their business is abysmal. They'll take waitlists, then won't honor it even when people paid. Will run out of product to fulfill orders, but then open said products on stream. TCG has had celebrations pre-orders for weeks now, with unlimited quantities, and any other shop owner can tell you that allocations are very low. People won't get their orders in a month or two, and will have to resort to chargebacks with their bank because the company won't even process refunds for customers who have been wronged by them.

The owner has scammed charities, and refuses to admit when he is wrong. Their customer service is terrible. Their head admin and customer service representative (Stephanie Lennon) has blackmailed me over messages I've sent on their discord. I'd just recommend staying far far away from this company. They are unethical at best, and have done borderline illegal stuff within the pokemon community.

Update to this review as TCG has replied. There is proof that I left on my own, and left in a respectful manner until Damo decided to start rumors of me. So no, you did not let me go. I left because you were trying to scam my best friend.

Been a supporter for a while, don’t get me wrong other reviews reflect personal experiences. Any issues I’ve had with orders have been sorted (being honest there have only been a couple since I started buying with this company months ago) but prices are usually bang on whilst competitive with others. Can see some criticism has been taken on board and worked around towards improving, Will be getting stock again. Again not saying the company are perfect far from it and a lot needs to be addressed, however can see things are being worked on to improve service to the previous high standard. Time will tell :)

This company clearly doesn't keep up with its expected stock and doesn't fulfil orders! Ordered for a restock on 26th July and it got cancelled over a month later on 28th August. Had multiple emails of staff telling me they will dispatch it and they went and cancelled.

Cancelled my other preorders with them as I cant trust them to deliver.

Found this store this year and have never had a bad experience with any staff member. Always helpful and will to go that extra mile. Would recommend

My young teenage son worked hard to earn some money to buy his cards from TCG cards online. We tracked his delivery to an address the other end of the Country from us To be honest after waiting 3 weeks, 3 emails later and a couple of emails from TCG promising to send them immediately and will add a few freebies (never happened), - we had given up hope. But they did arrive eventually. Learnt a big lesson from this experience though - never again!

I dont usually leave many reviews but this place is a complete joke the customer service is shocking the admin is very rude you dont treat your customers how these people do Like all the other orders here this place is shocking how is it still open really they dont reply to customers when they do its just arrogance i made a pre order got told it would be dispatched today they lied knowing it wont be dispatched they are good at taking your money this place needs to be shut down honestly the worst experience ive ever had ordering online avoid this place at all costs bunch of amateurs children could run this place better than these jokers this is how you know they are bad my name isn't even mitchel wont be ordering from this place again

Placed an order with these jokers and asked when shipment was going to take place, received no reply so I sent another email asking again and if I didn't hear anything back from them I would initiate a chargeback via my bank. Funnily enough they replied quite quickly to that and cancelled my order because "they don't respond kindly to chargeback threats". Bunch of amateurs. I would advise DO NOT ORDER from these scammers.

They where able to help me with any problems I had with my order, they also do tcg live streams on twitch that are enjoyable to watch and get involved in.

Have used for a couple orders, one quick delivery one extremely slow delivery. Products came as ordered just one delivery alot slower than it should have been.
Useless at responding to emails have 0 replies so far.
Let's hope my preorders arrive jury is out depending on how these go.

Scam company, take deposits and then cancel orders - keeping the deposits you've paid.

Host illegal gambling targeted at children and smoke around product! (all captured in their livestreams on facebook) - they've removed reviews from facebook as they receive so much negative feedback!

Ask you to pay via friends & family on paypal!
~ they're also currently under investigation for tax fraud!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
