Me and my friends preorder phantasmal flame booster box and everything seem fine at first because closer to the release date they added a tracking number. A week goes by and there isn’t any update, I had to message them and they gave some excuse saying their distributors never sent them product and started the refund process. The refund took over a week but what was shady was we had to message them to get the refund. My two other friends are still waiting for a response from the TCGbestvalue. They both haven’t even started the refund process and so far the team is MIA.

Do Not buy from them!

SCAM! Took forever to ship, when it finally arrived the product was a total scam! Nothing worth any money in their “mystery bundles”. The “Gold packs” are terrible, all bulk cards and the one “hit” in each pack was FAKE! Even if they were real, they’d be worth less than a dollar each. Along with a couple other fakes in the pack. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Trash company uses its “pre orders” money to crowd fund product for themselves leaving us people that actually were expecting a product empty handed with a cancelled pre order right before release. What a waste of money and time. If I could give them 0 stars I would 10x over. Screw this company. Needs to be shut down

I have tried twice now to pre order. They take your money and once product is supposed to ship they either sell it for more later or literally do this just to rack interest for a few months. Pathetic.

I placed a pre-order for a booster box of the new set, and they cancelled it 3 days before release. Seems like everyone's orders get cancelled, and they are just using your money for a few months until they cancel the order.

Do not preorder anything from them they will take your money for months and cancel your order be warned this place should be shut down

Not sure why this company has low reviews but I must be honest. This company was great to me on my first purchase with them. I received my ordered in Texas within 3 business days. I ordered 5 gold packs and got way more in value than what I paid for. Also, all cards are authentic. I highly recommend this company for your pokemon needs.

Ordered three Gold Packs. Took a couple weeks to come in, which isn't the biggest deal, but the packs are clearly fake. They have stickers on the front instead of being a printed logo and description. They don't even take the time to ensure they are uniform! They are keeping the good cards and resealing the less appealing ones. Anyway, just a heads up for your would be customers. Steer clear of this company. It is comprised of a bunch of losers that have to scam people to make a living. Sad they have zero worth outside of that.

Absolute garbage! Bought the 10 gold packs and got maybe $20 worth of hits…. Trash!

I ordered a mystery box and was amazed to find a CGC 10 Pristine card inside! Everything was packaged well and the whole experience was great.

Preordered and then reached out about my order and they mentioned something about their postal and refunded me. Now what I originally ordered is on their website for 3x the price. They are scammers and borrow your money interest free like others mention. Don’t buy from them.

Over $20 per pack and no hits at all. The highest card in 2 packs was just over sixty cents. Reviews seemed difficult to find before ordering, hopefully this prevents someone else from wasting money on a bunch of common cards nobody wants. Also says 4-8 days but took nearly a month. Needs to be shutdown ASAP!

They Use preorders to borrow money for free.

I really wanted to believe they were legit. Unfortunately they scammed myself and others out of preorders. During the DR preorder they claimed they had an issue with supply and cancelled everyone's orders. For BBWF they gave out tracking numbers and claimed it's a mix up at Canada post. End result is they get your money interest free for months. DO NOT USE THEM.

I pre ordered 2 black bolt and white flare ETB from them and had a coupon as a 1st time customer. Release was Friday. Saturday I emailed them asking about any update. They sent me a tracking number and said they dropped it off friday evening, and to check Monday for the update. The following Tuesday I checked and it only stated electronic label created. The post office never got a package. The following Friday I emailed them telling them what I observed. They gave me a refund saying it was in a batch that the post office hasn't updated. I'm sure they just never sent it because I used a coupon and sold my share to someone else at full price. Very disappointed and NEVER ordering from them again. The ETBs still came to $105 each which is more then gamestop sells them. Just ordered them off Walmart for approx the same price.

This guy takes your money makes up stories and never sends your pre order , takes your money and makes up excuses that are unbelievable at best like I dropped it off 2 days ago and it wasn’t scanned lol I would avoid this site at all costs save your time save your money

Cancelled my pre order day before release

Took my money..shipped to wrong address that didn't even have a mailbox and blamed me. No refund ...trash...unprofessional...do not use!!!!
