I have just had TCA out to fix my panels and could not have had better service the young man tha arrived explained what he was going to do he was very polite and courteous I would recommend this company most heartedly excellent 👍

Very professional service my solars panels looked like new again and they could not have been more helpful. I would recommend them for their work ethic and helpfulness.

Great customer service and great workmanship. I was kept in the loop at every stage, the system is performing better than expected and looks a solid investment moving into the future.

I needed a local supplier to upgrade my solar power system, previous party had disappeared. Based on a recommendation from a mate over a curry, I used TCA solar Ltd, Redditch.
Very helpful at the start, got prices in efficiently. Had to wait for a while for delivery of batteries and installation.
Their electricians did a really conscientious job, all be it a bit slow but have certainly tidied things up, improved safety aspects. Commissioning of extra batteries took some time, this is a problem with Sunsynk and both TCS and I would steer clear of Sunsynk kit. Difficult to set up but excellent and stable once sorted. Thanks to Tammy and her team, tremendous people to deal with. Gonna contact them about my heating requirements.

The installation went seamlessly from start to finish.The guys doing the installation were not only highly professional and hugely competent but also great fun to work with and incredibly tidy.The support from the office prior during and after the installation was second to none responding immediately to any queries I had.

I can’t praise these guys enough. Right from the get go they were helpful, understanding and very professional. The installation guys were extremely knowledgeable, polite and very tidy. Also, the office support was on hand from start to finish, with all the certification and paperwork sent in a timely manner. But the bottom line is, the solar panels are working really well, even with the small amount of sun we have been getting of late, can’t wait to see what it produces in the summer! The app which the tech guy helped me set up is so easy to access, and shows everything in diagram form; even I can understand it!

The whole process from quote through to completion was very efficient and communication remained good throughout. The work was carried out to a high standard and I was particularly pleased with how neatly it was all installed. The handover at the end of the project was very smooth

I would highly rate our experience with TCA Solar. Lee was very good at understanding our needs and coming up with an optimal solution which meant the cabling was unobtrusive and the batteries were out of sight in the garage. The quote was excellent value and we were pleased with the solution.
When it came to the installation we were very impressed with the guys that carried out the work and they were very respectful of our property leaving no mess and moving furniture as necessary without complaint. We really appreciated that the team were conscientious and willing to work through any issues until they were resolved.
Very impressed with the speed of responses from Tammy for any admin or payment queries.

Next month. I will be 74, and have been in property for 43 years. Never have I worked with such a GREAT bunch of lads AND lasses.

I cannot express how wonderful they have all been. We have had extensive work carried out to our cottage, and they have not only installed solar panels, battery storage and lots of other work, but, when necessary, at the drop of a hat, they have come to assist in areas which aren't strictly their remit.

They don't know yet, but we are about to buy a 3-bed bungalow and we will almost certainly be using them on much, if not most of the extension, renovation, refurbishment work, as we have such faith in them, and their boss - Tammy!

Great experience and professionalism with a very likeable team. Lee initially came around to discuss solar installation and chose the best system for our needs. Tammy efficiently kept us updated on the progress, and the installation was done very professionally by Dave and Lee. They were both very accommodating to answer any questions and explain the APP. Highly recommend this company.

Firstly, we would rate TCA as a highly recommended company to deal with. The lads were friendly and polite, tidying up after themselves, plus their workmanship was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. We are very pleased with the system we have had fitted and the price was great value. Tammy in the office is always quick to respond to our queries and extremely helpful. Overall, we are delighted with new solar panels and batteries. We will recommend to friends and family.

From the start, everything was explained to my wife and I. Nothing was a problem to the installation team, really helpful. They was very tidy and professional throughout the installation. Even the after sales service is fantastic, We had a small problem and raised the matter with TCA and it was solved with no bother at all within the hour. Fully recommend, a AMAZING 5 STAR SERVICE.

Easy company to deal with, they did what they said they would, when they said they would. Communication was clear, and they were happy to explain the more technical bits. Also happy to adjust the initial spec to suit our shed and requirements. Worked efficiently and safely alongside other trades on the site, Installation went smoothly and looks good and is performing to expectations. After service has been good. Price was competitive and transparent.

We met Lee and the team at a renovation show at the NEC, We instantly clicked with everyone on the stand and didn't feel pressured.....unlike the rest of the "sales" people at the show!

I first met TCA Solar at the Grand designs show at the NEC, right from that first meeting I knew that I wanted my system installed by them, their professionalism, honesty and in-depth knowledge was second to none.
Working with the design team to ensure that I had the right panels for my roof and my requirement, constantly kept me updated on progress as we were coming out of the pandemic and there was a shortage of panels.
The installation team were professional, even bringing spare tiles in case of damage, worked solidly for 2 days installing the system and at the end of the 2nd day spent time running through the system, left my site tidier than when they turned up.
Had a problem with my system after a month which they informed me and they attended within 2 days and fitted a faulty component which took 30 minutes yet they had to travel 2 hours to my property.
We can all look for the best price and the bigger companies offer deals but I feel with something as expensive as Solar it’s having that guarantee if the system fails or you need to ask for advice you can always contact those at TCA Solar, which I have done.
An exceptional company and if you are after Solar these should be your first and only choice.
