Taylor Yates Omdömen

The quality of the leather used in their products is unsurpassed and the customer service experience makes sure each customer knows that they are valued

Beautiful bag. Great service.
Thankyou!

All the staff at TY are fantastic. Ordered a bag before remembering I was on holiday when it would arrive. Messaged and within 30 seconds was all sorted to post to arrive when I got back with lots of lovely messages about my holiday too! That's service! Thank you all at TY

Great communication. Enabled me to make a purchase online whilst in France using a credit in store and a discount code before the offer ran out. Lovely customer service and needless to say my bag is beautiful.
Thank you

First class, efficient service from the start of the process to the finishing of the process

Lovely, lovely soft leather handbag which I have been thinking about since we visited the shop in Bushmills in July. Prompt and efficient on line service.

Another stunning bag. First class service as before. Delighted with my purchase.

Very helpful and friendly customer service.

I bought the limited edition of the Agnes in bright green. I cannot tell you how often I get strangers approaching me to ask about the bag, not to mention the number of friends who want to 'borrow' it. The leather is amazing and the personal approach from the team made this a shopping dream

Easy, effortless and rewarding transaction. I'll be back.

Taylor Yates Bags are so beautifully made, so comfortable to wear and SO soft. I won’t use any other bag again. The staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. Treat yourself to a wee visit to the store if you can.

Amazing handbags so beautifully made. Staff are helpful and friendly- looking forward to my next purchase

Really friendly staff and the products are unique and gorgeous

This is a beautiful shop, with lots of amazing products. I love the ethos behind it all. A special gem in Bushmills. The young lady who served me was so knowledgeable and friendly. It was lovely chatting to her.

The staff were helpful and friendly but not at all pushy. The bag I bought is great, so comfortable and the perfect size for my everyday needs. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Excellent service and another beautiful bag.
Thank you 🙏

The products at Taylor Yates are extraordinary and the staff is so pleasant and helpful. I bought a Tilly bag and love it!

Friendly and genuine staff who know their product and market well

Lovely, well made local products! The salesperson was friendly helpful and gave information about the local company founders, sustainability, support of charities.

I purchased a Doris crossover leather purse that I know will last forever just like my coach purse/bag. In addition, it will remind me of Bushmills and Northern Ireland whenever I use it - much better than a touristy trinket.
