Taylor Walton Omdömen

Dreadful experience at the hands of this company for my divorce. I am a reasonable person and would not leave a review like this if I didn't feel it was warranted but want to warn people the way they operate nearly drove me to a breakdown. Weeks will pass when you want critical updates but they will ignore emails and the only time they proactively contact you is for another bill which come thick and fast and in my eyes do not always equate to work done. I consider myself a seriously resilient person but this company provided me with the worse and costliest service I have ever had the misfortune to use and plunged me to the brink of a breakdown.

Tricia Moxey, superb. Gets back to you in good time, and got on with the work needed at a fantastic pace, even out of hours. I would recommend her to anyone, as I would her assistant, Dawn Dagger. Both incredibly professional, not to mention lovely people too. 5 stars.

I am absolutely delighted to write this review for Peter Kouwenberg from Taylor Walton, who provided exceptional legal assistance in creating the documents for my company. Peter’s expertise and dedication made the entire process remarkably smooth and straightforward.
From our very first meeting, Peter exhibited outstanding communication skills, ensuring that I fully understood every step of the process. He was always available to answer my questions, providing clear and concise explanations that made complex legal concepts easy to grasp.
What truly sets Peter apart is his commitment to timeliness and efficiency. He consistently met every deadline, delivering high-quality work right on schedule. This reliability was incredibly reassuring and allowed me to focus on other aspects of my business without any worries.
In addition to his professional competence, Peter’s personable approach made working with him a pleasure. His ability to combine technical knowledge with a friendly demeanor created a positive and productive working relationship.
I wholeheartedly recommend Peter Kouwenberg for anyone seeking top-notch legal services. His exceptional skills, coupled with his dedication and professionalism, make him an invaluable asset to any business.
Thank you, Peter, for your excellent work and support in bringing my company to life!

We had to sort trusts for our wills and also did our powers of attorney with Alison Voyce . Every step of the way was carried out efficiently and she explained everything, emailed promptly and would highly recommend

Such calm and thorough advice during a very challenging time - if you ever need help fighting your corner, Will Mercer has your back. Very grateful for such wise and friendly guidance.

Great communication with Samina from Taylor Walton. Samina provided exceptional assistance with our mortgages, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Samina went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and that we were well-informed every step of the way.
Their dedication and commitment to excellence truly made a difference, and we highly recommend Samina and Taylor Walton to anyone seeking mortgage assistance.
Thank you, Samina, for your outstanding service!

My wife and I recently instructed the services of Taylor Walton and the service we received was excellent. Amber Rothwell was our point of contact at Taylor Walton. Amber and her team were excellent. Their clear communication and ability to explain the various stages of a property transaction concisely made the process very simply to understand. Highly recommend using Taylor Walton.

I recently used Taylor Walton for for the updating of my will and the setting up of LPAs. excellent advice and guidance which I found invaluable. Very efficient and responsive service. Highly recommended

Recently used for my house purchase. I was a first time buyer and was not sure of the process but Daljit was amazing and always had time to talk to me whenever I had any queries. Sally was also great with her helpful attitude when Daljit was unavailable. Would highly recommend and would have no hesitation in using Daljit for future transactions.

The ongoing dialogue I received throughout the journey regarding my Will and LPA.
First class service and I would certainly recommend Taylor Walton Solicitors.

We recently used Taylor Walton Solicitors to buy and sell our house. Tom Caterer took our case and was the ultimate professional at all times. Our purchase was difficult but Tom handled it all excellently, always seeing up informed and updated even during the more difficult challenges we had. I have no hesitation in recommending Taylor Walton Solicitors.

Professional team with an excellent experience from start to finish.
Issac & Tracy supported with a property matter - communication was outstanding, all important details clarified and all managed very quickly and effortlessly.
Zoe has worked with us on wills. Personally, I never find it easy to think through all the possible scenarios to consider for my will, but there does come a time when you just have to do it. Zoe thoughtfully and sensitively helped by exploring all options, clarifying everything to ensure that it gave us what we needed and wanted, patiently bearing with us to review and change things, which was so very much appreciated and beautifully executed.

We recently used the St. Albans office, however, I also used the Luton office over 10 years ago, and I find it reassuring to see the quality of service has stood the test of time and has extended to new offices/Solicitors as the company has grown.

Highly recommend and would without question go to them for future needs.

Incredible service provided, especially from Katherine right from start to finish relating to the sale of my property. She always kept me up to date, and always answered my queries almost instantly. The communication was exceptional. Katherine is a credit to her firm, and I would highly recommend Taylor Walton to anyone looking to buy/sell their property. I've had two previous solicitors in St Albans in relation to Residential Conveyancing, and they were absolutely poor. So believe me when I say Taylor Walton are the best solicitors in St Albans!

Awesome service by Stephanie Alexander and Shirin Begum.Cannot Thank them enough for all their hard work in dealing with my Mums and Uncles property sales and in the process of Mums purchase.Very happy customer indeed.

Very good & tenacious in getting a protracted leasehold property sale over the line. Used TW for the purchase 20 years prior so completing the circle. Mention in despatches to messrs. Caterer & Morris.

They provided an excellent service from start to finish. Isaac and Tracy were very professional, efficient and friendly throughout our experience and we would highly recommend their services.

This is the second time I have used Taylor Walton. The first time was for looking after the conveyancing of properties for my house move. The first experience was a little long and protracted but that was due to delays caused by my buyer's solicitors. My only frustration was an unfortunate sequence of non-replies which always started with "I am currently on annual leave........." In fairness, I was given the names of others I could contact but when a conveyance stalls the stress levels are high and one wants honest advice or an attempt to keep things moving. That said, the work done was excellent and the transfer of funds prompt. This gave me confidence to go to a TW seminar where I met Zoe Sivelle who advised me on matters to do with my will. I found Zoe to be extremely knowledgeable and professional in dealing with all matters relevant to my needs. It is extremely pleasing to work with someone who can offer immediate and precise answers and advice.

Tracy Taylor was my assigned solicitor to deal with my lease extension. She was always very professional and replied very quickly to my queries. I would definitely recommend, very pleased with the service.

100% recommended, used taylor walton harpenden for buying my first house. Made the process smooth and easy to manage.
Thank you very much to my solicitor Niamh Moore! Also thank you to Kayleigh and team.

Friendly, clear, diligent and professional service to review needs and progress to a satisfactory conclusion
