Taylor Walton Omdömen

Taylor Walton Solicitors are the best!

My wife and I have appointed Taylor Walton for all our legal requirements for decades.
As a Firm they have been 100% excellent in achieving our goals from complicated litigation to property purchases and sales.
Six months ago, we decided to sell another of our BTL properties – in this case a freehold 4-bedroom house.
The purchasers were first time buyers and there wasn’t a chain so it should have been a very straight forward sale.
Unfortunately, it turned out to be far from straight forward as many challenges and potential problems surfaced through the process.
Taylor Walton’s tenacity, patience and speed of actions on all required responses saved the sale and it completed successfully.
Tom Caterer, Partner in the Residential Property Division of Taylor Walton, is the most efficient Solicitor I have ever appointed and with the very able back up of Phoebe Craig they are a dream team for all property sale and purchase requirements.
My wife and I highly recommend Taylor Walton Solicitors to everyone who desires total conveyancing expertise together with full legal efficiency and knowledge at a very competitive fee level.
A magic mix!

Excellent service from TW when we were updating our wills. Knowledgeable, skilled at explaining complex matters and very prompt in responding.

Highly Recommended
Rachel Giles has been efficient and supportive (and patient!) in helping me to amend my will, responding promptly to every query.

Recently Caroline and Grace helped with the sale of our 2nd home, they completed our 1st home last September.
The service was amazing and they made everything so simple for us.
Great service and will be recommending them to friends and family

Third time Tom Caterer and the team have dealt with my house sale/purchase and once again made it as painless as possible - thank you!

We have used Taylor Walton several times for house conveyancing and we have always been very impressed. They are a very organised team and they respond quickly to emails. I would totally recommend them

A fantastic service from Ethan! Kept us informed all the way through the settlement and made us feel comfortable with the whole process.

I would highly recommend Taylor Walton and in particular Ethan if dealing with a settlement agreement.

Samina and her team were first class. She always put my best interests first. Her advice was spot on, on what was a protracted purchase due to other clients in the chain.

Taylor Walton managed our recent house sale and purchase. They did a great job, kept us up-to-date throughout the process, were quick to respond through-out and very patient during some delays and challenges from others in the chain. I would highly recommend.

I was supported by Ethan Diver. He was professional, supportive and efficient throughout the engagement. I would have no hesitation to use Taylor Walton again or recommend them.

Daljit at Taylor Walton recently handled the sale of our property in Stevenage. The process took much longer than it should have due to a number of issues, none of which were their fault. She was responsive and helpful at every stage, always available via email or over the phone. I can highly recommend them

Have used them for many years to write, amend wills, store associated docs. Always a good service, Hannah Borner Webster very efficient, knowledgable and approachable. Would recommend.

I had Taylor Walton recommended to me for an employment matter and couldn't be happier with that recommendation. Ethan very quickly understood the nature of my issue and helped guide me through all my options. He was exceptionally professional, and throughout what was a difficult process I felt extremely well supported, informed and assured, ultimately leading to a more than satisfactory outcome. I am very glad I followed through on that recommendation.

We have reviewed our will with Alison, based on a comprehensive questionnaire and an interview. All very straight forward and with some great advice.

Amazing service from start to finish. Peter Kouwenberg was excellent. A very professional service and highly recommended

We used TW for our conveyancing in buying a new build and part exchanging the existing property. Everything was carried out professionally and expediently, and the team worked tirelessly to get us where we needed to be. Door to door conveyancing in 5 weeks! Amazing work guys and can't thank you enough.

Caroline has managed our purchase and she has been absolutely amazing. She has made purchasing our first home a breeze and for that we cannot thank her enough. Within 3 months of putting an offer in we got our keys today. She has ensured everything has been done promptly to avoid any delays and for that we cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much again Caroline ( and all the team ) . We will be in touch in the future.

Gave incorrect advice regarding the purchase of a leasehold property. The firm pretend they didn't due to the time that has passed. A Legal Ombudsman complaint has been submitted. Avoid.

We received a top class service from Daljit Dale at Taylor Walton. She was exceptional, and I can’t recommend her enough! As first time buyers, Daljit was attentive, talked us through everything and ensured the whole process ran smooth. Thank you!

We couldn’t be happier with the service received. Daljit was efficient, understanding, patient & thorough. She made our experience as first time buyers completely stress free as we knew we were in good hands. We are so grateful!
