Stuart was efficient
Stuart was efficient, quick, explained the choices, respected our high Covid status, and got on with the job without delay. His work was neat and precise. As a consequence, I can now ride my exercise bike for an hour without going potty with boredom, which will aid my recovery from a hip accident. Nice bloke, too.

Very helpful information given regarding the problems I had. Also didn’t try selling me something more expensive than what I actually needed. The work was done conscientiously and the engineer hoovered up afterwards! Good job all round.
