Fantastic job and my issue was resolved.

I had a few simple questions, but the rep was able to give me great guidance quickly and knew exactly what to do. I waited on the line less than 1 minute and overall very satisfied with TaxSlayer Pro and all my interactions thus far.

TaxSlayer's customer service is great, very responsive. Also, before needing to contact them, searching my questions on their website more often than not yields exactly what I need to know. So kudos to whoever decided to provide helpful online resources!

The software is easy to use, logical in progression, and mostly robust (odd forms may not be supported for e-filing, but it's rare).

My only (biggest) complaint is this year's renewal process. I renewed the package I had purchased the previous year, taking advantage of the early bird discount, and found out a few months later that the package had been changed and no longer included business returns. For those, an additional fee was required. It really feels a bit like bait and switch.

I'm a very, very small one-person practice, and my budget is extremely tight. So this unexpected expense after-the-fact was quite off-putting.

My account rep has been informative, and we have a plan in place, so the issue is "resolved" at this point. But it is going to be one more thing for me to consider before renewing again for next year.

TaxSlayer has been excellent. Everyone is willing to help, polite, and professional every time I call for assistance.

I was born and bred through H&R BLOCK for 17 yrs. I started my tax career in 1987. I decided to go solo in 2005 and purchased my first and only TaxSlayer Pro tax software since day one. I'm incredibly happy with the company. I'm here to the end.

I have been with Taxslayer for over 10 years. This is the best software company out there in my opinion. There are no long wait times to get a representative on the phone. Customer service and technical support are EXTREMELY helpful and anytime I call issues are resolved to my satisfaction. Additionally, Taxslayer provides educational opportunities throughout the year. I would not consider any other provider.

Error rate was too high and getting errors fixed took to long and many not fixed. When you get a new computer and have to install old software it is a nightmare and they only help you on current and previous 3 years. Once you leave to another company they will not help you on issues with the software you did buy from them.

My Name is John and this is my Fourth Year using Taxslayer Pro. It is one of the most User Friendly Tax program I have ever Used. There Customer Service is always available to help with any Problem that I encounter. The new product that was offered this year which allows my Clients to Pay their Tax Prep Fee out of the Refund for only $15.00 was Just what I needed because i allowed some of my Customers to used the Honor System but all was not Honest. Thank You Santa Barbara for the low fee that you charged. My Customer Base increased because of it. Thank you.

How TaxSlayer handle the situation where taxpayers receive social security benefits and take a traditional IRA deduction?

I spoke to Ms. Audrey - she was very helpful, professional and pleasant. She informed me about all the changes your company made regarding the tax programs (for example that classic does no longer allow for business returns preparation) and helped me in my predicament.

Aubrey has answered every question I had for two seasons now. She walks me through everything even if it's not her job and she is always professional and genuinely polite. I was scared starting out &I feel like I have support with her.

I has been with the software for 5 years now. The software is great except one thing that I report every year to make it change, but it still hasn't happened. The software doesn't calculate the under estimated penalties for self-employed people. My customers complain every year because they don't want to receive another bills from IRS after their tax returns were filed. It's very irritating. This year the software did calculate the under estimated penalties for states but NOT FOR THE FEDERAL. I don't know why software developer did not do it for the federal part?

TaxSlayer is the most user friendly tax software available to the tax professional. We've left TaxSlayer multiple times to try other companies but always come back because no other company can match the quality of their software or their excellent customer service. They also listen to suggestions for enhancements to their software from their customers and often add them, showing their willingness to improve on an already great product.
